Room is a bit small (18 sqm), and a bit overpriced in my opinion compared to other options, but nevertheless a good experience.

So so disappointing. The front of house staff were great, and that's where my compliments end. The food was mediocre at best, and the menu was misleading. None of the sauces were what was listed, the deserts were from Metro and if you write creme de leche on a menu, synthetic whipped cream won't do. The prices did not not reflect the poor quality of the ingredients.

The room is well decorated and comfortable, however the cleanliness could be improved. There were several cobwebs spread throughout the room and bathroom.
The strangest and most uncomfortable thing was that the bathroom was tiny with no shower cabin. We literally took showers over the sink and toilet, leaving everything wet.

The accommodation is in the middle of the forest, next to a highway that connects to the city center in 5 minutes by car. The hotel is very good, the facilities are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The economy double room was very spacious and quiet and the bed was quite comfortable. In the bathroom there was no shower tray as such, it was the floor of the bathroom itself as we have seen in other bathrooms in Bulgaria, but it was very clean.

Hotel located very close to a dual carriageway but with a nice garden and you can't hear the noise. Friendly staff and in summer the possibility of having breakfast outdoors. It would like to give a designer image but as soon as you enter the room the castle falls down. The smell of mold and smoke welcomes you in a small room with a bathroom measuring one meter by one meter with a practically non-existent shower... there is no shower tray or protection or separation from the toilet and sink. I think the mattresses still have the cellophane covering. Unfortunately it is the second time I come but it will be the last because I had the same experience. A little more attention to the rooms and some more maintenance work and it could be a place to remember.

Very nice hitel. We got a suit. It was beatifully designed, very comfortable and with an amazing view. Breakfast was delicious with a good view. Staff was very nice.
