We went on a family vacation and everything was great. Clean and good size rooms, nice food and awesome spa. Great place for vacation, it has pools for kids and for mature people so that everyone can take what they need. My wife had birthday at the time we were there, they even gave her a little present nothing special but it was a compliment from the hotel. From personal experience it was relaxing and positive.

Highly recommend Infinity, Velingrad!! Very nice, large and well maintained spa centre! We particularly enjoyed the massages and body peelings offered in the spa centre. Maisonette we stayed in was excellent - spacious, very clean and well maintained. Very nice views from the terrace. Staff was polite and helpful. Bar and restaurant prices were affordable . Good food quality BUT limited choice.

Infinity was an amazing experience, I had a room with forest view, so opening my curtains every morning was (literally) like being in nature. The facilities in this hotel are outstanding, there's heating in the room + bathroom and the common spaces have a high variety of SPA services; from hot tubs and sauna's to jaccuzi's and massage rooms, it's all there. Breakfast and dinner were super high quality, with a big variety of dishes. Friendly staff and lovely owners! Will definitely come back here and it's marked as one of my favorites.

Мы с мужем провели неделю в Велинграде в ноябре 2022, каждый день посещая СПА этого замечательного отеля. Такого выбора бассейнов, саун, джакузи я никогда не видела. Но особенно приятно было посидеть в теплом внешнем бассейне с видом на сосновый лес , когда на улице уже совсем прохладно. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Особенная благодарность Антоанетте с рецепции отеля и девушкам из СПА-рецепции Димитрине и Кристине. Елена и Дмитрий

Wowowo...i could not count the pools in the hotel. You can get literally lost. The cuisine is nice. The masseuse was great, one of the best massages I had in a hotel. The price is optimal. Maybe because it is the end if the high season but the staff was a bit slow and rude, especially at the lobby bar and the restaurant, elsewhere they were very helpful, smiling and comforting the guests. Thank you

First impression was quite positive, rooms are fine, the spa is nice, I was quite surprised that there was no free water in a 5 star property, breakfast was quite cold, hardly any fruit let alone fresh juice, artificial flowers on the table made my day:) , spa might be a 5*, but the rooms, service and food are definitely no more than 3* for £110 per night.

Through Infinity I rediscovered the spa vacations! Super comfortable; top location - near the city centre, but near the forest as well; very nice staff, always helpful and kind - in the restaurant, in the spa, on the reception and the ladies, responsible for the rooms! The food is very good and delicious, congrats to the chef! And the variety of spa services is huge! The outdoor pool is perfect and it’s next to a wonderful small forest! In April I was there again but with friends and the experience was great! Probably only a bar is missing. I recommend it!!!
