We were very disappointed with our stay here. This was our first time in Paris and a day trip.
We paid full price. However, there was no electrics so we were not able to turn the light on. The shampoos and conditions were finished. The bathtub was not clea. We were promised that my father's room would be decorated for his birthday but when we went to the room nothing was done and we were disappointed. The reception staff were friendly but unhelpful we waited there for half an hour as we were told to get a refund for our deposit. It was not until half an hour we were told this would come automatically into our account. So we waited there for no reason at all.

There is a large supermarket and KFC next to the hotel, it is more convenient to eat. The room is also relatively clean, but the recent road construction makes it a bit inconvenient to get in and out. When there are activities in downtown Paris, the house price is too expensive, you can consider renting a car to live here.

Douche cassée, climatisation dans chambre HS. Surplus pour les animaux non indiqué lors de la réservation par téléphone. Revêtement de sol autour de la Piscine dangereux. Personnels de l’accueil plus intéressées par le film qu’elles regardent que par l’accueil des clients. Parking non sécurisé et non privatif.

Hôtel vétuste. Personnel froid, accueil plus que médiocre. Restauration inadaptée aux allergies ou intolérances sans proposition de remplacement. Petit déjeuner avec viennoiseries pas fraîches. Bouteille d’eau vide dans la chambre. Baignoire érodée et qui fuit dans toute la salle de bain. La chambre est spacieuse mais la clim/chauffage dysfonctionnelle. Bref séjour de travail épouvantable.
