The reception of certain young ladies really needs to be reviewed in addition to the arrogance of a certain Elody, or Melody who tells me, well yes, put a comment on me, so that's what I do. when you are at reception the word says it all you must know how to welcome. You know that mystery shoppers also exist?!
2nd thing it says arrival from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. I had to wait with my children in the hall for 1 hour even though I arrived at 4 p.m. and because my room was not ready.
On the other hand, the cleaning lady is superb, nothing to say
