First of all the car park is very tight to enter and on arriving in the basement found it to be an oil and water skid pan and nearly crashed into a concrete pillar Reported the danger to desk. Answer yes they know it is an oil or petrol leak from a garage.above Surely a DANGEROUS thing Returned next day and no change again complaint, yes they know about it Third day gave up and parked on road. Very tight a d dangerous garage. The room was first night serviced without changing the sheets Second night room not serviced at all Desk staff said they had been busy. It was now 6pm and no staff Totally unacceptable I have been ihg member for 20 yrs and worse experience ever

The area under construction does not provide easy access to the hotel...especially at night.

Stayed here on business for 3 nights. Had an average experience. I had a room facing the inner court, so not to much outside noise. Because rooms are arranged in a circe the room layout was somewhat quirky. Could not watch the tv from the bed as it was positioned under a strong angle. Not much room for storage. Breakfast was fine and th hotel offers some drinks and snacks for the evening. Surrounding area is awful. Some dining options in the Velizy shopping mall. Otherwise it’s better to get a cab to Bolongne.

We really felt like home. The management and the staff were very professional, helpful and friendly all along our three-day stay. Despite the fact that the hotel was full (Christmas time) it was still very quiet at night and breakfast was still enjoyable and fluent, with a good variety/quality of products. Bedrooms are well designed and confortable, we slept very well. The hotel has a bar and can provide hot meals. there is 24h/7 front desk, which is very convenient. Buses and Tramways are close by for you to visit around. We highly recommend this hotel for holidays or for business. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme à la maison. La direction et le personnel étaient très professionnels, serviables et sympathiques tout au long de notre séjour de trois jours. Malgré le fait que l'hôtel était plein (période de Noël), il était encore très calme la nuit et le petit déjeuner était toujours agréable et fluide, avec une bonne variété / qualité de produits. Les chambres sont bien conçues et confortables, nous avons très bien dormi. L'hôtel dispose d'un bar et peut fournir des repas chauds. Il y a une réception ouverte 24h/24 et 7j/7, ce qui est très pratique. Les bus et les tramways sont à proximité pour que vous puissiez visiter les environs. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour les vacances ou pour les affaires.
