We stayed for one night during a visit to the Roman castles. It offers simple but clean and organized rooms for a satisfying stay. Good breakfast, enough to start the day. In any case, recommended for an unpretentious stay at a good price

Three-star hotel on the lake road two km from Nemi, with ample parking. We stayed just one night during Easter week, in a triple room, number 129, essentially furnished with a view of the small swimming pool. Breakfast is served at the table, in a bright room with a large window that allows a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. It is pleasant to wake up to the chirping of birds and enjoy the splendid scenery of the suggestive countryside of the Alban Hills.

Very beautiful and particular structure. I really appreciated the variety of breakfast (also including lactose-free products) and the availability and kindness of the guy in charge of breakfast. Possibility of large free internal parking. The only flaw was the bathroom, which unfortunately we did not find very clean. Even the toilet paper roll found was almost finished, therefore already used by those who stayed before us, I too am against waste but let's say that it is a detail that could be very important for some people. And finally, still referring to the bathroom, when you take a shower (even if you close everything properly) there is a water leak outside. Perhaps it was simply a detail of our room, we stayed in 104. For the rest, it is still a structure that I would gladly return to and recommend.

I stayed in this property for 4 nights with my wife and I must say that we had a good time: it is an oasis of tranquility surrounded by greenery!! Of course, some of the villa's structures would need to be refreshed, but overall it's fine... the place is very busy and in fact the pool service is almost impracticable at certain times!!! Another flaw in my opinion is that there is no bar service in the afternoon with drinks, ice creams and aperitifs...otherwise the restaurant is fantastic!!! we ate divinely between fish and meat courses!!! The place is highly recommended!!!!

Very welcoming structure located within the woods of the Castelli Romani. Very quiet area but at the same time very close and convenient for reaching the key points of the area (Nemi, Castelgandolfo, Ricca di Papa, Ariccia, Lago di Albano etc.). Very welcoming and helpful staff. In the complex of the structure, in addition to the various rooms, there is a restaurant and a swimming pool. Breakfast, included in the rate just like parking, offers various products, savory and non-savory, homemade and delicious. The rooms are comfortable and of a decent size. The only flaw is that the finishes and tools in general are a little dated but still functional.
