The highlight of the stay was the very efficient and personalized service provided by the polite and attentive staff from all departments - from the hall porter to the reception staff to the restaurant personnel. Keep it up!

We decided to take a break on our way to Tiruvannamalai. We chose Vellore over Chittoor due to this hotel. Our experience with ITC Hotels has been good overall.
Our expectations were not belied. The reception from the parking valet to reception desk was good. We booked two rooms and we were upgraded. Because of the weekday, it appeared less crowded.
Both the rooms were comfortable and clean. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great. The choices for the breakfast buffet were ***y.

During my three-day stay at Fortune Park in Vellore, I found the hotel to have a lovely lobby. The rooms, while somewhat on the smaller side, were acceptable. The only area for improvement I noticed was the bathroom, which could be a bit more spacious. However, these minor inconveniences were more than co****sated for by two outstanding aspects: the exceptionally hospitable and helpful staff and the truly delectable food. As a lifetime platinum member with Marriott, I can confidently say that the staff and cuisine at Fortune Park surpassed my expectations. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

As previously mentioned, the swimming pool is a nice spot for pigeons to take a dip, not so hygenic for hu***s. They refuse to add a pigeon net. The new staff at th e restaurant still need to buck up.. i missed the earlier staff some of who had left and other was on leave.

Nice hotel, like so ***y Indian hotels it has no special location, ordinary street in Katpadi. 10-15 min commute to CMC was a surprise but good experience overall. Would stay at this location again.
