Best Hotels in Vendargues, France

We stayed for just one night, having spent the previous night in a Best Western for the same price - maybe that was our mistake as we were disappointed. Parking is easy which is a plus, and location is good - quick walk to the centre for all restaurants and shops. Room very small with a lingering smell of smoking - I appreciate it is a no smoking hotel, but as a non- smoker someone had clearly been smoking. Minimal tea/coffee tray - 1 teabag, 1 sachet caffeinated coffee, 1 sachet decaf, 2 sachets sugar. No milk. All felt a bit old and jaded, much how I felt after a stay here.

Endless time needed to get connected to the wifi, with code numbers on registering screens that took 20 minutes to appear on the laptops. And again the following morning... what a waste of time. In so much other hotels, you come, get connnected and voila ! Tesla Destination charger, given for free by Tesla, are ... charged 10€ ! In 5 years, never seen an hotel charging fees for letting my car charge. I came in this hotel in the middle of an hypermarket / industrial park because of this feature. I accepted the detour to get there, and the poor surrounding and view because of this. But furthermore, I had to pay. Next time, I'll choose a less cheesy hotel and will go to the free supercharger. This is not about the 10€ fee. This is about the fact that everywhere else, it's for free, to attract new customers in your business and make them come back, again and again. They don't hide the fact that the breakfast is not complimentary : why do they hide the fact that the destination charger isn't either ? Do my comment worth your 10€ ?

The rooms are simple but very clean and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and is very comfortable.

Accueil très chaleureux, une équipe aux petits soins un petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité. Chambres confortables, douillettes et très propres. Le plus : un engagement pour une démarche éco responsable avec le tri de tous les déchets, des produits locaux au petit déjeuner, une fontaine à eau, pas d'emballages plastique ... Je recommande vivement car on peu voyager pour affaire et prendre soin de notre planète ! Eve

It’s a heartwarming thing to choose a hôtel purely on the basis of location only to find that it’s really a bit of a gem. We had an eight night stay at the beautiful Domain de Verchant, set amongst its own vineyards and parkland, only a few kilometres outside historic Montpellier. The rooms were both charming and well appointed , the food in the two different restaurants was really very good and the spa/ pool areas are quite wonderful with first rate facilities. However, it is the professional and friendly service that sets this hotel apart . Under the General manager, Jean-Pascal Picolette, thé team show their dedication and pleasure in looking after their residents, whether it be serving a poolside sandwich or a 5 course fine dining meal at their superb restaurant Marcelle. We had a great experience as a couple visiting this hotel for 6 Nights. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean with coffee pods and bottles of water provided fresh every day. The location was no more than a 15min walk to everything in central Montpellier and 3 min from the tram to the beach. The only area for improvement was that our room was not cleaned until around 4:30 on two nights

The environmental score is low because-almost stolen before entering the hotel! Because self-driving cars have to park on the other side of the square (in fact, it’s only a 5-minute walk, but there is no elevator in the public parking lot, so you have to pick up the boxes from the underground by yourself), we have been out for more than ten days, two large boxes and two small boxes of luggage- Passing through the square should be too big a target, so unfortunately I was targeted-at the last moment when I entered the hotel door, the two female thieves went one after the other, and when I subconsciously turned back, the back hand was already touching my schoolbag...turning back When I checked in, I asked the front desk how the security was like this-he bluntly said that the place was very safe-the problem is that according to our observations over the next two days, it was a group of gypsies who usually occupies the intersection next to the hotel! Focus on tourists! Is it possible that the locals in the hotel can't not see? It didn't even explain anything that caught our attention! I regretted it for two nights-because of the accident that happened on the first day, we completely lost the idea of visiting the city-we drove out of the city

I recently stayed at Hôtel Campanile Montpellier Centre St Roch and it was an absolute delight. The customer service was exceptional - the staff were always friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. For a hotel in its price range, Hôtel Campanile Montpellier Centre St Roch is one of the best around!

One thing we did jot realize is that there was no elevator or mini fridge in the room. For this reason I take away a star but the professionalism of abdel and Nahia was excellent. Abdel was so warm and helpful with everything from late check in. We were able to find a place for our baby’s bottles. I think they put us on the second floor to avoid the noise of people coming and going, but two flights of stairs with the baby was a bit much. That said we cannot complain about noise. The room concept with the ladder and extra bunk that is big and spacious was excellent for the teenager in our party and there was enough space on the “main floor” for the travel crib beside the bed. Everything was clean and it was a good stop very close to the highway to continue on our journey. Loved that the parking had enclosed gate, which made us feel safer.
