The management staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean. They are in the midst of renovating the property but overall a great place to stay with pets. The one drawback is the odd location, kind of behind the marina (which isn't a problem) but under the drawbridge so cars going over create a fairly constant noise. Quiets down at night however.
Not sure it's the ideal "beach vacation" location, but for short or even longer terms stays for those looking for a place in Vencie a great find!

Great place to stay. Owners very nice, accommodating, informative about what to do and what’s around. Clean room, spacious, a lot of amenities. This will be my go to when visiting Venice. Highly recommend.

This hotel was a real pleasant surprise. it was much nicer than I anticipated. The owners are very pleasant and customer oriented. I would highly recommend this to anyone going to Venice. I definitely will be back.

Owners were very friendly and immediately made us feel welcomed. Room was extremely clean, linens and bed were super comfortable. Renovated room was beautiful and property is well-kept. Will definitely go back!
