Venice Island! 3 Block Walk to Beach. Close to Sharkey's and the Pier.

Clean property very close to the beach. Had a great stay, very quiet with all the amenities you need to stay a weekend or weeks.

Everything you need in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to many beaches and tons of restaurants and shopping. Would book again.

Unit was very close to the beach and town. It was also very quiet in this area. We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Updated kitchen was very well done.Host responded very quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend staying here.

I booked this for my Son’s family visiting from WA State. I chose it because it was conveniently located to my condo and it was perfect. Quick walk to beach/Sharkeys. It is on a quieter area of the island but close to town and grocery. Very nicely decorated and they loved it!

Location was great! Beach, golf , shopping all very close by. Loved Venice Island as it is primarily residential and quiet, while Venice is more a city. House up to date and comfortable.

Beautiful house in a cute neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled. The hostess is kind and responsive. The Venice Mercantile market is across the street and provides a fun antiquing and artist's market. Downtown Venice is a quick drive up the street. Venice is a gem on the Gulf coast and I will definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for the wonderful time at your beach retreat! This home was perfect for our Venice vacation! The house was super clean, fully stocked with any housewares you could need, great communication with the host, and safe and quiet neighborhood. One of the best perks was the location, being able to stay right on the island was very convenient. So close to the beach, shopping, downtown Venice, it was amazing! Highly recommend this property and host for anyone visiting Venice, we had the best vacation ever and already looking forward to our next visit!

The house was absolutely beautiful. The host was exceptional. Communication was fantastic. Had absolutely no issues. House had full size washer and dryer with washer tabs available (I brought my own) snacks and coffee pods were also available. House is so close to the beach. Perfect stay. Will definitely stay here again.
