Venice Beach-Coco Palms 103. One block to Venice Beach.

What a great place. Location was perfect, kitchen was awesome with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable all around!

Location is excellent. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our needs. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Good communication from the host, the small place, but close to the beach.

Fabulous stay. Just a short walk to beach and downtown area. The host reslly thought of everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, a buggy to haul it all ..and shovels and sifters if you are lookig for shark teeth !!! Highly recommended this cute little flat.

Our condo was clean and came equipped with everything one would need for a beach vacation, including items specifically for the beach.

The place was very clean and she had a lot of nice touches. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. It had a lot of cooking supplies and seasonings if needed. There were a lot of things that were available to use for the beach. The basics like hand soap, dish soap were already there for use. Something that you usually have to purchase. Overall very pleased with the place.

Perfect Location but Noise Concerns This condo was clean and beautifully done. It was the perfect location on the island. It had everything we needed including a cooler, beach buggie, and beach umbrella. The only draw back is that the condo is not sound proof from the condo above. We heard every move from upstairs. The people were up late and very early risers. We did not have a peaceful rest. If the owners can correct this issue we would definitely stay here again. If not, we wouldn’t want to deal with that possibility again. We do appreciate the use of the condo and wish the hosts every success. They have a beautiful little gem!

Family trip This property is amazing! So close to the beach and has all the necessities for a great day at the water! My husband is already talking about coming back next year and staying at the same place! Would highly recommend! The only thing I would say, is to bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry. We had a hard time getting anyone to exchange our dollars for quarters.
