The air conditioner cannot be adjusted by itself, and the startup noise is very loud, but this is the case here. The customized breakfast service is not bad, but there is no coffee provided, and I was not asked proactively.

The beds are comfortable and there are a couple of different sized pillows to use which is really nice. The room has a microwave, small fridge and a coffee/tea maker. Room and bathrooms are always clean! We stay here twice a year and the food is always enjoyable. The restaurant has a main dining area and also a casual area with a bar, tables and comfy chairs and you can exit from there right out to the pool or thru to the lobby. The hotel is two floors and does have an elevator. Lots of rooms inside the hotel and many more around the outside areas of hotel.

If you’re looking for a hotel close to downtown Venice, this might be the spot. It’s an older property with a nice looking pool, however the rooms need updating and the outdoor bar was so Smokey that we couldn’t stay to try it out. When we first entered our room, it had a strong smell of pine, so we thought they had just cleaned the room. Unfortunately the shower drain was clogged so the pine smell might have been left there to cover the clogged drain issue. We stayed for just one night, I I wouldn’t recommend it it as there are a number of other properties in the area.

Meus amigos, eu não consigo entender como há avaliações positivas deste hotel! Ele precisa de uma renovação urgente, as instalações estão degradadas, vários eletrodomésticos do quarto não funcionavam, a limpeza é muito pobre e o atendimento é feito com certa indiferença. Para completar, é caríssimo pelo que oferece!

The water pressure wasnt the greatest or too hot. The room was also very dated and there was a weird smell in the bathroom (wasnt cheap either) The staff was a bit rude except for a couple who tried to make up for the others. DJ and Alyssa were amazing Not sure id stay here again

Hotel needs updating- could have a shower as water flow too slow, room floor Sandy, room smelled of old cigarette smoke although billed as none smoking. Had to ask and push to get our vip amenities. Felt somewhat unsafe due to being placed in back corner and a lot of young men out in corridors hanging out.

Well...the cleanliness has suffered ( I've been there before). I get it staffing issues. But for $1600 one should be able to get supplies...towels cups toilet paper get garbage emptied. Those things take minutes. I wasn't asking for a deep clean. Just supplies and I couldn't even get that. Mold smells in shower. Questioning whether to go back. I'm not above doing some keep up but when I'm told I'll get some supplies and don't...that's serious. $1600/wk

There were no shower towels available when we requested more, we were given pool towels. Property needs maintenance, the A/C thermostat didn’t work the second night, it was stuffy in the room. Noisy people at night and early morning. Shower handle was almost falling off.
Breakfast was an extra charge, the hotel was too pricey, we won’t stay here again.
I was told they were understaffed which seems to be the trend nowadays.
