Lincoln Inn

The inn was so worth the money, it’s close the the bus stops, near the beach, the room is so clean and nice and the staff were so friendly and lovely!! And our thanks to Alicia, who gave us her outstanding service and hospitality :)

The room was a very pleasant surprise. The condition of the room looked to be newly renovated and very nice inside. The look of the outside was average but the room was great. Highly recommend this hotel as the value for the dollar was there.

My experience with this hotel was very negative. The hotel is in a very sketchy neighborhood. There are a lot of funny-looking people around the area. There even were homeless people inside the facility which made me feel very insecure. One day I arrived at my room at 1 am to find out that my Friends room key and mine suddenly stopped working, there was no one at the front desk to help me out and they had no emergency contact numbers, so I had to look for somewhere to stay for the night, I ended up spending 300 dollars by doing this. Obviously, I asked for a refund, but the management refused to give me back the money for that night, I didn't even receive an apology. Needless to say staying at this hotel was a great mistake, so I highly recommend you to stay away from this nigh**are hotel.

I liked how everything appeared to be remodeled. Right when I walked in I could smell the fresh paint. What I did not like about this property is that it was dirty. The majority of the towels were stained. The bathroom toilet was disgusting and had feces. We arrived about 6:00pm to the hotel and asked if we could extend our leave one hour after, they declined. Overall it was ok for the price and if you’re planning to stay one night ONLY.

Tammy the general manager and - oh, forgive me, I believe the front desk attendant’s name was Alecia, I only met her once - but Tammy I met a couple times and they were awesome checking me in and out. Maria the cleaning lady was great too, super sweet! I spent New Years here and for being right along Lincoln Boulevard, it was relatively quiet. Of course there’s plenty of action going on, but that’s LA in general. And it’s actually a walkable distance to Venice Beach if you wanna start out your day that way. Plenty within the neighborhood. Great choice. I would stay here again!

The front desk agent, Aliaa, give a good service service. The hotel refurnish its inside, so the property and facilities is good condition. And it has microwave which is very convenient. The bad parts are that, it doesn’t has hair dryer, and the cleanness of bath towels is not good. You can see some stains in those towels.

The staff was helpful and polite.

Excellent stay, my room was very clean and had a separate area with a couch and an additional tv! Also was very quiet (with the exception of the entry door which was loud) but all in all I had a great stay here, and the staff was very friendly too - will definitely stay again!

Listen, this place was surprisingly fantastic. Please do not use the OUTSIDE of the hotel to judge the interior. It was brought to my attention that the rooms were recently renovated and after checking in and entering the property I was pleasantly surprised. The interior of this hotel rivals THE COMFORT INN at about have the cost. EVERYTHING was new and thoughtfully decorated: There are only 30 rooms and the rooms sit back from the street, so you avoid all of the foot and car traffic noise. Here's what we found: 1. Excellent and professional staff. 2. Check-in was efficiently done. 3. Room was immaculate. 4. Room was well decorated--both in color and materials. 5. The amenities were perfect at this price point. We had a fridge, microwave and desk for business and plenty of outlets to plug in our devices. 6. A bed with a TRUE HEADREST--and not an old painting sitting above you, I could sit up in bed and read without knocking off a painting. Thank you, so much! 7. The building was very quiet and safe. 8. A shower that gets JUST HOT ENOUGH but not too hot. 9. Carpeted hallways to cut down on the noise of foot traffic within the building. We were truly shocked and impressed with this property. If you will be staying in the Venice, Santa Monica or Marina Del Rey and area, AND WOULD LIKE TO DO IT ON A BUDGET but not feel like you compromised anything, I highly recommend this place. They definite deserve the support of good clientele. Very well done, guys!
