The hotel has no front desk. Remember to check in online in advance to know the door password and room password in advance. I didn't check in in advance and spent half an hour at the door. I called the customer service several times. The toilet is small, the toilet space is small, and it is difficult to use the toilet. I stayed for two days, and no one came to clean the room and change towels in the middle of the day. This is a bad review. The room environment is OK, the scenery is OK, and the hotel is located opposite the station. In general, it is better to book outside the island. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the island. The island is expensive and small, and there are boats near the river and it is noisy.

I stepped on a thunder. I have never had such a bad experience. There is not even a cup for rinsing teeth. The bathroom is very small. There is no elevator. I have to walk up a long staircase with my luggage. Definitely a bad review

It's right in front of Santa Lucia Station so it's easy to access.
The entrance is a little confusing, but they sent me directions in advance via WhatsApp so I was able to get there without getting lost.

There is no reception service but the cleaning girl is super friendly. Sooooo clean and overlooking the Grand Canal. Very cool

The room looked fine online but looks can be deceiving. The wall behind the bed is filthy don’t think it’s been washed in years. The shower grout lines are black in many areas, black mold? No drinking glasses not even in the common area. So don’t buy a bottle of wine unless you are ok with drinking it directly from the bottle! Location was fine as it is directly on the grand canal. No view from our window. We were in room 4. Mattress and pillows were hard as rock! Oh and many many stairs to navigate and some of the metal rods that hold the carpet are loose and in the middle of the step, we kept kicking them back so we didn’t trip on them. All in all stay away….stay far far away!

I don’t think AC worked. Didn’t see any controls anywhere. Entrance looks like you are walking into a very rough place but rooms are clean and presentable, but very basic. Supplies are extremely minimal. No food items whatsoever. I did not compare prices, so I cannot speak for value. The location was excellent, and we felt safe. Door and walls are paper thin. That all said, we did have a nice stay!
