We booked this hotel specifically for the pool… we got there and the pool was closed for repair — we were not notified prior to our stay otherwise we would’ve cancelled and stayed elsewhere. Then when we checked out the manager said we could’ve gone to use the Marriot pool… nobody brought this option to our attention — apparently she said ‘I should’ve asked guest services’ I said ‘ I’m not a mind reader.’ she said it was not possible to tell everyone’ I said ‘it would’ve been at check in!’ Just infuriating!
The view from the room was terrible - asked to move but they were fully booked. We had booked and paid for an upgraded room - I don’t believe we got it.
Didn’t have a TV remote took asking 3 times to get one (on our last day)
Breakfast was not worth the money. Did not cater well for healthy eaters.
Definitely not worth £1,000 for 3 nights!
We’d called prior to ask where the best place to park and get transport was - whomever we got to speak to was not helpful at all.

A beautiful hotel in possibly the best location in Venice - away from the crowds but only a 10 minute water taxi from St Marks Square. The rooftop pool and bar provide a stunning view.
All staff very helpful and welcoming making our stay perfect.
We would not hesitate to return to the hotel.

I recently stayed at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. While the location is not bad and the hotel provides a shuttle to San Marco for €15 per person per stay, I found the overall experience disappointing. The hotel rates are quite high, so I expected adequate facilities, but unfortunately, this was not the case.
I specifically chose this hotel for the swimming pool and sauna. The hotel’s description stated that the swimming pool is open from May to September, but it was actually closed during my stay. Additionally, the sauna is not free to use. This was very disappointing and not what I expected.
Overall, the experience did not match the price paid, and I will not book this hotel again.
