Overall, I'm very satisfied! The only minor issue is that the bus from the city's train station to the hotel stops running at 9 PM, which is quite early. A taxi wasn't too expensive, costing 15 Euros.
However, there's a convenient direct bus service between the main island and the train station. You can buy bus tickets at the hotel front desk; I recommend buying a couple extra. Otherwise, it can be a hassle if the ticket machines in the city are broken or there are long queues.
Breakfast was quite good, but the windows couldn't be opened, so I kept seeing dust and lint floating around in the room. This seems to be a common problem with hotels where you can't open the windows.

We have stayed in this hotel only for the weekend but we had an amazing experience with the hotel staff in breakfast and dinner. So nice to all the customers and always with a smile on their faces. I would be choosing this hotel again next on my visit to Venice. As we don’t like the crowded places the location is great, rooms are clean and nice nothing old or not cleaned. 10 minutes from Venice by bus 5. Bus stop outside the hotel literally. Same bus can take you from airport to hotel and back. Buy 72 hours tkt in the hotel and you can use it for murano burano and for buses with train. Price is 45€. In general ana amazing price experience good food in the hotel. 100% suggest it.

This hotel is great! I saw a lot of Chinese guests staying here. The room was clean and tidy, and the restaurant staff were very friendly during the two breakfasts I had. The hotel is located right by the highway, with a bus stop outside that goes directly to Venice's main island and the airport/train station. It's perfect for travelers who need to catch a flight the next day or are just arriving in Venice and want to rest for a night. The only downside is that the cleaning staff were very loud in the mornings while cleaning the rooms and in the hallway. I was woken up at the same time both days, which was a bit annoying.

The room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. It's conveniently located near both the train station and the airport.
The hotel is quite close to the airport. You can take bus routes 5 or 15 directly to the airport in about 15 minutes (the bus stop is right in front of the hotel). If you're coming from the train station, just take bus route 15 directly to the hotel!

Traveling as a family of four, we booked a king room and a double room. When we checked in, we mentioned to the front desk that we'd appreciate it if our two rooms could be close together. They were so thoughtful and gave us two king rooms right next to each other! To our surprise, they were even connecting rooms, which made looking after the kids so much easier. The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent. Plus, you could even buy transportation tickets there.

Stay here! This is an excellent hotel. The parking is secure and spacious. The location is superb, just a 10-minute ride to the main island, and the bus stop is right at the door. Buying tickets with a card at the front desk was super convenient (100% perfect). Breakfast was good. The service was great.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but there's a bus stop right outside. It's only four stops to Piazzale Roma on the main island of Venice, and from there you can continue on to St. Mark's Square. The hotel food is quite good compared to other options in the area (though you might still find it takes some getting used to). The rooms are spacious and clean, but the bed was too soft, which isn't ideal if you have back problems.
