The room was quite spacious and conveniently located right by the roundabout. The parking lot seemed to be free, probably because it's off-season. It's a great spot for those traveling by car. We took a bus directly to the island, and on the way back, a train to the mainland, where there were plenty of Chinese restaurants. After dinner, it was a pleasant 30-minute stroll back to the hotel. It was a perfect trip, Venice is beautiful and wasn't smelly at all. Fantastic. We skipped breakfast as we had an early start the next day to return the car and catch our flight. A perfect end to our ten-day journey.

Nice hotel, clean, neat, and the staff were friendly overall.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the service regarding the hair dryer. Although one was provided, I had to collect it from reception myself instead of having it delivered to my room. At checkout, I was also asked to return to my room to bring the hair dryer back to reception.
I don’t feel this reflects the level of service expected from a four-star hotel.

The hotel feels quite old, especially the shower – the water kept switching between hot and cold. Also, the neighborhood felt a bit remote, and I was a little nervous walking back at night.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ilenea, who made the check-in process quick and easy. She also took the time to explain how to get to Venice, the bus routes, and the facilities around the hotel, all without us even having to ask. Her friendliness and attention to detail made us feel very welcome.
During the rest of our stay, Andrea was always available to help with any questions we had. He was consistently polite, professional, and happy to assist us.
We also want to thank the restaurant staff. Every morning they were friendly and accommodating, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a great selection of food, and everything was fresh and delicious.
The excellent service from the entire team made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Super helpful staff upon check-in they explained all the propert details and also how to get around Venice super easy which made it stress free! The frond desk staff was amazing and everytime we went to the desk we were treated with a smile and always happy to help! This is a great property!

Great stay overall. There are buses that take you directly to Venice central 5 mins walk away from hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would highly recommend
