It’s absolutely a terrible hotel to stay in. Toilet door lock was broken so had to change room and noisy air con, dirty bathroom, broken tissue holder, toilet seat pealing off, out dated room and bathroom.

Not too shabby a place to stay if you would like to visit Venice. However, I’m puzzled why my room key’s been removed from the card slot after we came back. Also, I’m surprised with the housekeeping opening our room door even though we are only staying a night without the need for housekeeping.

My family and I were very satisfied with the well-maintained room at a reasonable price. It was really hard to find good accommodations in Mestre, but Novotel turned out to be a great choice for us.

Everything was fine as we had come early at 12.30 pm before the check-in, that's 2pm. We requested the receptionist girl to check in early, but she made us wait till 2 pm. I would say some rooms could be ready before that but still we had to wait ✋️ for a long time.
Later, we requested to stay till 1.30pm. She told us that if we checked out 1.30pm, she would charge €70.
Thats was the issue

We stayed for 1 night. The hotel needs updating with rooms and need to be more clean. But overall it’s acceptable.

There is still dust in the hotel, but overall is good. Only the cleanlines that becoming my concern.
