Although the location is not on the main island, it is convenient for travel. The service of the team members is very good. The hotel is small and beautiful, exquisite and quiet. If I go to Venice again next time, I will stay here without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Heureka. It is an old building with high ceilings and other cool features carefully and beautifully renovated and decorated. It is in Canneraggio away from the hustle and bustle of central Venice. It is an oasis of peace and refinement. You have to walk a little further to get to the city center but there is a lovely restaurant district nearby. The best part was meeting the hotel and kitchen managers especially Marco and Beata. They were so attentive helpful and kind and their recommendations and tips made our trip. I highly recommend Heureka and hope to go back myself one day.

A place we can recommend in any sense: great location in a quiet place in Cannaregio, only 10 minutes to the touristic hot spots. Beautifully renovated and artistically decorated old palace. Very cozy and familiar atmosphere with very friendly and attentive host. Special kudos go to Franco, the Concierge, who superbly supported the planning of our activities. Excellent breakfast and dining option. We would return any time.

Dies war unser 2. Aufenthalt im Hotel Heureka. Allerdings wohnten wir dieses Mal in einem Deluxe Zimmer No. 6. Dieses Zimmer bietet leider nicht die wunderbare Aussicht (entweder zum Kanal oder zum subtropischen Garten) wie von den Grand Deluxe Zimmern, sondern eher in einen nicht ganz schönen Lichtschacht. Dies war allerdings auch der einzige leichte Wermutstropfen. Ansonsten lieben wir dieses Hotel mit seiner privaten Atmosphäre, dem ganz hervorragenden Frühstücksservice, dem Garten und der Lage in der Nähe des Fondamente Misericordia mit seinen guten Restaurants und gemütlichen Weinbars. Vielleicht einen Tipp für das Hotel für neblige Tage. Hier sollte man die Gäste darauf hinweisen, dass der Bootsverkehr eingeschränkt sein kann. Wir haben am Anleger gut eine Stunde damit verbracht herauszufinden, dass unsere Linie 5.2 zur Biennale an diesem Vormittag nicht operierte.

We've stayed in some amazing hotels during the years, yet this hotel ranks in one of our top hotel stays - The staff are so hospitable, and genuinely want to help in any way possible - For example, they brought a baby cot down from our bedroom, and placed it next to our dinner table! Franco, Monica, and Diana, thank you for making my 40th birthday such a special and memorable occasion!

Far from the crowds but easy to get to, this gem of a boutique hotel (only ten rooms) welcomes us each time we go to the Art Biennale. The decor is lovely and eclectic mixing contemporary element and traditional Venetian styles. The breakfast is copious and delicious. There is even a lovely garden in the back.

Auch beim zweiten Mal wieder begeistert! Das Hotel Heureka ist einzigartig. Zwar hochpreisig, aber dafür stimmt einfach alles: Lage, Zummer, Ambiente, Service und die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Einfach ganz besonders! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel Heureka is truly a wonderful property. Our room was excellent and the staff, food, and gardens are all fantastic. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner and breakfast each morning was fantastic. The staff really made us feel like one of the family. When in Venice we will always stay with Hotel Heureka.

A gem in Venice! This hotel is located in a quieter part of town with a secret garden. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Venice. It’s still easy to get to the main attractions but you can walk to dinner and eat with the locals. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They made our stay extremely comfortable by upgrading our room! The rooms have A/C and extra comfy beds. Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Venice!
