Good experience from visiting Murano for crystal making factory organise by the hotel without any charge.

The environment was terrible, felt like a building from decades ago. There were only two outlets for charging. Would not recommend.

The hotel is a decent place to stay n the location is convenient... like this hotel. The shower water supply can be improved as the water can change from hot to cold.

The suite was very spacious, featuring a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a separate bedroom. However, the bed was a bit too soft. The location was incredibly convenient, just 20 meters from St. Mark's Square. But precisely because of this prime location, it gets very noisy when events or performances are held in the square! On the night we stayed, a concert lasted until past 11 PM, and the music's beat was distinctly audible through the windows, which was quite irritating! The bell tower also chimed at midnight and again very early in the morning! Breakfast offered a decent variety.

Best location, next to a supermarket, restaurants, attractions. Good breakfast. The sofa and dinning chairs are old.

Great location. They use antique door key, not easy to open/ lock door. It’s got everything we needed, except no electric water kettle or coffee machine. Sofa bed, very springy. Mattress was a bit hard. Otherwise, no complaints. Breakfast was included and it was ok. Took Gondola boat ride which was parked right next to the breakfast cafe.
