Friendly staff.
Hot water is available. Venice has a lot of cobblestones, so it can be difficult with a large suitcase, but it's good because it's close to the ferry terminal.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the check in process was straightforward and the receptionist made us feel welcome and was helpful. The hotel is in a great location, facing the lagoon and close to St Mark's square and the main tourist areas. However, the interior of the hotel needs a bit of updating as it is a little tired looking and upon entry to your room, instead of getting a key card you get a small bunch of keys ( one to unlock the lift when you get in, guess it's for security reasons) the other is for your room but it won't be needed if you remember the code to get into your room. The room itself is a decent size, the bathroom supplies were basic but good enough for a few nights stay. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and it was good value for money for the time of year but I would also explore other hotel options when I visit Venice again.

The location is amazing. Gorgeous view of the canal so no need for the TV at all. . As it’s by a pier it maybe wise to take ear plugs for bedtime to avoid a very early wake up call.Our canal view room was spacious and an extensive choice breakfast is served in the room. Our receptionist (Laura I think) was so welcoming and was a mine of local information. It’s a short walk to St Marks Square and passing many excellent outside eating options along the way. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Residenze a tribute to music
We had a top floor room with an outside terrace and had a gorgeous breakfast out there every morning. The staff were lovely and the room was excellent
