All the staff very friendly and helpful. Got welcome cake and free 1btl drink per room per day.
The breakfast also nice with €8/pax/day.
The location also great just infront of Venice Mestre train station.

Good location, just across the street from Venezia Metre Station. It's convenient to take train to Venezia S. Lucia. Room is ok, quite spacious. Bed is ok.

Make sure you call the frontdesk to turn On the AC. Close proximity to the train station & good variety of restaurants. Bare basics amenities but good customer service 😘

Very near to Venice Mestre Station. Overall good stay. The sliding door for the bathroom fell down when we use it. But they fixed it for us upon request.

Fantastic hotel. Opposite the train station, just 1 stop to venice island. Very clean with modern design. Love the bathroom complimentary minibar items, including chips and chocolates, very thoughtful. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommended.

The family room, despite having two beds, offered no real sense of privacy. Situated on a lower floor (M level), the view from the window was quite uninspiring. The surrounding area felt a bit chaotic, likely due to its proximity to the train station. While the breakfast selection was limited, other aspects were acceptable. In hindsight, we should have chosen a hotel on Venice's main island; booking this one was a definite mistake.
