Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova

The room was spotless, tidy, and comfortable, with cozy decor and modern facilities. The bathroom was fresh and odor-free. Overall, it was a perfect stay and very comfortable. The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive. Breakfast offered a good variety, including fruit. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is large, and the rooms are very small, but overall they have everything you need. There are some issues with housekeeping; we stayed for three nights, and they never really cleaned properly. The towels hung wet for all those days, and nobody changed them. We had to chase down staff ourselves to try and get fresh towels. The bedding was never changed during our stay, only tidied up once. They did empty the trash, though. They don't provide bottled water in the room to reduce plastic waste, which is a plus. There are water dispensers in the lobby area where you can get free, unlimited water. The breakfast is good, but the air conditioning in the breakfast area seems to be running at full blast, making it very cold. There's nowhere to walk around nearby; it's an industrial zone. Getting to the center of Venice is convenient by vaporetto; the stop is right by the hotel, about 2 minutes from the exit. A one-way ticket per person costs €10. There's also a monorail; a one-way ticket costs €1.50, and it's to the left from the hotel, also convenient and fast. Overall, the hotel is good for those who don't necessarily need to stay right in the city center.

This hotel is located on Tronchetto, a new island. From Venezia Santa Lucia Station (the last stop), you need to take public boat line 2 towards San Roma. Get off at the third stop, Tronchetto, and the hotel is just a 3-minute walk away. Line 2 is super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious, and breakfast offered a great selection. On our third night, we moved to a hotel near St. Mark's Square, which was also easily accessible by boat. We bought a 72-hour transport pass right when we arrived at the train station on our first day, and it was absolutely worth it! We used it to visit Murano (Glass Island), Burano (Colorful Island), and everywhere else we went!

Absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was the most lavish I've ever had, truly excellent. The room was also very clean. Plus, it's super convenient with the water bus stop right outside. Full marks! It's amazing, amazing, amazing – and just a short walk from the hotel you can see the sea and catch beautiful sunsets.

The room was a bit small. It's located on the new island, about a 10-20 minute walk to get to the main part of Venice and other major attractions, which includes going up and down bridges. Luckily, the paths on the new island are very smooth with no steps, making it easy to pull luggage. The hotel is popular and clean. Overall, I think it's probably more convenient than staying on the main island and lugging your bags around, and it's much closer than staying in the city center.

This hotel has a very American vibe, which can be a reliable comfort when you're traveling. Even though it's on the main island, you still need to take a tram to get to the old town. In comparison, staying on the mainland might actually be just as convenient, and you'd have more options for Chinese food there.

This hotel is conveniently located and well-equipped. It's close to the main city of Venice and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's clean, affordable, and perfect for solo travelers. The front desk staff are also very friendly.
