The key is very unique. It looks small when you book it, but it is not small when you move in. It is suitable for vacation living and you can also go to the beach. When you check in, please note that the small bed refers to two small beds combined.

It’s such a lovely island, with a great location. Accessible by ferry. The room was clean and comfortable but there was no coffee machine or safe box in it. We didn’t have breakfast there as it was a bit expensive and you could easily go to close cafes. Recommend to stay in this lovely island and hotel.

I stayed three nights with my mom at this hotel. I loved the look of hotel and it’s front porch for relaxation, cleanliness, and closeness to the beach and water taxi transportation.The breakfast was sufficient. The room was big enough with classic furniture, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was perfect, surprisingly it even had a Bidet. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants peace and quiet, and convenience.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un weekend. Ci sono due realtà. Due palazzi che offrono 2 tipi di camere. La differenza è una stella, forse 2. L’hotel è 4 stelle ma la colazione è davvero triste, penosa. Caffè liofilizzato e latte a lunga conservazione non aggiungo altro...camera rumorosa. Se avete la fortuna di soggiornare nel palazzo sopra la reception la stanza è accettabile. Materasso duro come un sasso. Le biciclette a noleggio comprese nell’offerta mai viste. Spiaggia vicina ma se hai la fortuna di trovare posto facendo la fila all’alba allora è il tuo hotel. Cosa aggiungere? Scappa...

I was pleasantly surprised, quiet hotel, excellent location for reaching the vaporetti and the beaches. Spacious room with large bathroom. Very kind staff. Like most hotels on the Lido, a little dated but well looked after compared to other facilities. The only note is the carpet, it should definitely be eliminated. Excellent value for money.

Nice building, if a little dated. My room (I don't know if it was) was carpeted. Easy to reach area, close to the vaporetto departures. Nearby many bars and restaurants.

The hotel is located within short walking distance from fine dining, grocery market and the Vaporetto. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and idyllic. If visiting in the high season, leave the crowds and noise back at San Marco. Lido is the place for quiet and relaxation. The front desk staff and management could not have been more pleasant and accommodating: Christina was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and secure; and daily housekeeping was 'Five Star'. I can't stop telling people how comfortable the mattress was. I want one for my own home but am finding that, made in Italy, --obtaining one is as yet, just not possible. I'll be returning to Hotel Biasutti again and again.

There are some old hotels that provide a level of comfort and quaintness that travelers will remember as a satisfying experience. This is not one of them. Biasutti is in serious need of upgrades. The rooms are tiny, the ‘antique’ furnishings look like they were picked up on the street on trash day. If you’re lucky the water pressure in the antique(?) bathtub/shower is enough to rinse you off. Oh, and the ants in the bathroom were certainly a lovely touch. This is a sad, old hotel.
