2nd trip to Venice, first time staying on the Lido, and I strongly recommend it. What a hidden gem! The hotel itself is very easy to get to with waterbus station opposite. The buses run regularly and takes about 15 minutes to get into the heart of Venice. The staff were friendly and room clean and comfortable with a brilliant view including mountains on a clear day (from 2nd floor room). The Lido has a beach and lots of good restaurants and cafe bars, shops and a supermarket. It's a nice relaxed place to return to after a day in the crowds; a lot less busy and nice to stroll around in the evening. The bus does get busy if you're returning at rush hour (5-7pm).

In front of the Vaporetto boat it’s really easy. Welcoming and very quiet hotel. Very clean and cleaning done between the two nights. Breakfast just what you need. Bar and restaurant nearby. Really recommended

Excellent option to stay in Lido, next to one of the main Vaporetto stations and with very good links to visit Venice and its surroundings. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the breakfast was very correct. We would repeat without hesitation!
