This is a wonderful little hotel in a very quiet location. 15 minutes walk from the boat station or 5 minutes by bus. The room has a small balcony with a table and chairs and comfortable bed. Vvery friendly staff. Communication was very pleasant Cozy breakfast room. Our fly arrived at night , the hotel does not have night reception, but the meeting was limited in the best way. There were keys and a welcome letter waiting for us. The prices in the restaurants on the Lido are much lower than in Venice. In the evening and in the morning you can walk along the sea. It's a 15 minute beautiful boat ride to Venice. It is also a very convenient way to the airport. Hope to return!

What u can expect from an old building is all there. But thats part of it's beauty. The place is convenient once you're there. But if u have a car I'll cost u an extra $92 for ferry. Unexpected expect expense, but a nice experience. Enjoy this island n its beautiful beaches.

We booked a standard room through ******* and emailed the hotel that we were past our honeymoon. They were very helpful with emails advising us to cancel the standard room booked through ******* and told us they could upgrade us to a deluxe suite if we could go and pay direct cash for 5 It only costs 690 Euros (approximately RMB7000) at night. The room had very nice beds, ensuite single beds and marble bathrooms. The room was very clean, nice balcony. Beautiful antique furniture decoration, very tasteful, you can't find a hotel of the same standard in Venice for the same price!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast, crusty bread, ham, cereals, croissants etc. No fresh fruit, but that's not a problem, there are greengrocers not far from the hotel. Although this is not a problem. Had a great time at the Lido, I really enjoyed the water bus to and fro. We appreciate that, in Venice at different times, when it is hot, bot rides can help us cool down. The hotel is a bit far from the pier, but we were able to get there by bus (about 20 minutes). It's actually a pleasant walk, the island is beautiful, just need a car if you're in a hurry. One day we went to the beach and explored the island, a hideaway in lively Venice. We will stay here again.

(I tried to add photos to my review and the website is not allowing them to upload.) We came to this hotel in August 2022 as a family for a two-week vacation by the beach. In order to stay for a few weeks we took a reservation at a hotel that was less expensive so that we can also for a longer stay and the beach cabana. That said we weren't expecting the have that hotel that was more than what a two-star should be. But I was very disappointed with many aspects of the hotel in addition to the hotel owner insulting me. We had the largest room at the hotel since we are a family of four and it was very spacious which I was glad about. But the air conditioning was not very good, and clearly needed a filter cleaning, and the furniture seems to be quite old broken and and not necessarily adapted to a hotel room. Also I did not want to pay €10 a day for a baby bed (most hotels in Venice don't require extra for a baby bed by the way) so I brought one myself. And then I was very glad I did because given the state of the high chair they allowed us to use at breakfast I don't think it would have been a very nice bed if I had used theirs. Speaking of beds, the ones we had in where HORRIBLE! I did not sleep the first night because it was so painful on the terrible mattress. I was never comfortable on that bed. My back was killing me the wilhole time for their terrible mattress. And the pillows were so flat, they clearly hadn't been changed in years either. The team of three women who took care of the breakfast and the cleaning of the hotel worked extremely hard so I made sure I gave them each a tip at the end of our stay, they were so sweet. The managing family which show up around 9 or 10 and take care of administrative work in an office that was in the dining room so guests had to see them at their desks with their papers scattered everywhere and one of the tables in the dining room was reserved uniquely for the family's paperwork. So there was less room for guests to sit and eat. Also they had filled the walls with pictures of their own family vacations. That might be lovely in someone's private home but I found it rather odd to put it in a hotel, I did not feel like looking at their family vacation pictures. It was almost as if they wanted to insist on the fact that this was a family run hotel, to thwart any misgivings guests might have about their stay. but, it wasn't run very well, at least not by the family. The 3 Moldavite women who are their employees do ALL the hard work. Occasionally one of the family members whether it was the wife or the son or the husband would ask us how we were doing but it was never actually a question to find out how we were doing it was just a politeness. And in fact there there were a few days where we did not receive a replacement of the toiletries so we had to ask the women who worked at the hotel for some extras and they handed it to us as if it was secret and contraband! Like they were not supposed to be doing
