I have a good stay with my daughter. We were surprised to see the room having a rooftop windows. We saw beautiful sky during the nights. Thank you for the arrangement.

Hotel is 10 mins 🚶 from the pier of Lido. It is in a nice and quiet area . Room itself is basic. The mid aged female receptionist is impatient . only 1 restaurant nearby , bus 🚉 for bus to Lido town is just in front of the hotel. Recommend for a short stay

This hotel is so charming it is very quiet with clean rooms and very friendly staff. It is located within about a 10 minute walk to the beach and just a 5 minute walk to the boat terminal and about a 7 minute walk to shops and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone wanting a truly charming Italian accommodations.

I’ll stay here again! Thank you Michael and Martina, you made the stay so comfortable. Mabapa is lucky to have you handle your front lobby.Food was great in the morning…as well as the dining staff…SO POLITE! It is an old were place, but that is what makes it so enjoyable. Can’t forget to mention how great the location is.

Just returned from an enjoyable two day break at Villa Mabpapa. Our room was spotless, we were upgraded to Lagoon room which had a lively polished wood floor and a bathroom which was sympathetic to the 1930’s style which the hotel does very well. The staff at the hotel are welcoming and very helpful. We ate once in the restaurant, the food was excellent and the restaurant manager really helpful especially with the after dinner drinks. The transport to and from the hotel to Venice was regular and we had a speedy trip to Murano courtesy of the hotel. We discovered on the final day that the bus to the water terminal leaves on the opposite side of the road, just past the shops, after midday and takes a bit longer - the bus is ‘A’ to get to the hotel and stops opposite the exit from the terminal by the cafe. Would definitely recommend for a slower pace after a day in the chaos of Venice itself.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT buy their GONDOLA proposal. We paid 120€ at their place and there it was 90€ (Gondola Danieli). And when I asked why we had to pay more, there was no credible explanation just for the appoin**ent. We stayed at Villa Mabapa hotel for 3 nights from April 10 -13, 2024. The location is nice view of the lagoon. But room 101 the bed was very hard and noisy with every movement. Disappointed

Where to start? A hotel in need of renovation, which makes you wonder why it was given 4 stars. It's noisy at the front because of the car ferry, the car traffic and windows that don't insulate anything. Tour group having a nightcap late into the night at the garden bar. You can hear everything from your neighbors in the room. After changing rooms, the terrace was actually quite nice (with an unusable chair for 2 people), but that also needs cleaning. Breakfast: nothing special, but terrible coffee from a Jacobs machine (the subject of reviews for 4 years), unengaged service, who notice that the scrambled eggs are all gone but don't refill them. Other: Bathtub with plastic curtain. Coffee sachets are not refilled, because that costs extra. Room price is €186 (low season), but you would expect a few Nescafé sachets for that. The hotel survives on group travel and is neither a 4-star hotel nor suitable for individual travelers. Everything has been mentioned in reviews over and over again for years, but has not been changed because it is ultimately unimportant to the hotel management.
