Ideaal ontspannen in het hotel na een dagje Venlo, bezoek aan Toverland. Om dan 's ochtends de dag goed te beginnen met een lekker ontbijtbuffet inclusief een glaasje cava.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel vanaf het inchecken tot aan het vertrek. mooie en schone kamers en een uitstekend ontbijt met een grote keuzemogelijkheid.

De kamer was erg mooi helemaal niets op aan te merken en het uitzicht was geweldig heerlijk gegeten het ontbijt was ook fantastisch en personeel was erg vriendelijk je kunt er heerlijk fietsen in de prachtige omgevingen kom er zeker graag nog een keer terug

11 largos días que no acaban nunca, nos despertaron casi todas las mañanas (con el cartel de no molestar,hasta 3 veces en horas diferentes llamaban y entraban dentro de la habitación), el manager de la recepción, un ser arrogante y no resolutivo, en mi opinión no cualificado para su puesto, nos complicó todo, hasta que el Manager del restaurante nos salvó los últimos días, pero horrible! Teníamos dedayuno incluido (valorado en 20 euros) y pagábamos 15 más para que lo subieran a la habitación, nos lo cambiaron por una tostada que no superara los 12 euros, porque no podían ni dejarlo en la habitación ni fuera en la puerta... Teníamos posibilidad de late check out por tener la tarjeta del Hotel y el manager de la recepción nos los negó sin mirarnos ni a la cara... Cada día era una decepción nueva, muy mal! Yo no lo recomiendo. PD: La comunicación en transporte es pésima desde ahí también. Está en mitad de la nada y no hay nada cerca.

Grote parkeerplaats, vriendelijke ontvangst door receptionist, het gratis drankje aan het eind van de avond in de sfeervolle bar geconsumeerd, comfortabel bed en badkamer, mooi ingerichte en grote kamer, mooi groot flatscreen, kortom heerlijk vertoeven, ook al is het in de "oudere" toren van het hotel.

Restaurant en vooral ontbijt top. Goede gym met zwembad sauna etc. Lekkere bar, zouden meer moeten doen! @favorieten

Wij zijn echte Van der Valk lovers, dit hotel bezochten we reeds meermaals. We houden van het stadje Venlo met zijn vele terrasjes. Het hotel ligt op een 5 min. rijden van het centrum. Prachtig hotel met mooie kamers, het ontbijt is fantastisch, zeer groot aanbod, vers gebakken eitjes naar wens, het aanbod is immens. Er is ook een zwembad maar dat hebben we niet getest, geen tijd voor gehad, dat is voor een volgende keer.
