I left the hotel for the afternoon and when I came back I received the message that they had changed my room because they found that my room was better fit for another customer and therefore they had packed up all my stuff and moved it to another room. Rule #1 in the hotel business. Keep your hands off my stuff. You could've called me and asked if it was okay or waited till I got back. You don't just take my stuff and move it. Your bad planning or the new customers requirements is not my problem! Will I come back? Not a chance.

The room was pleasant and comfortable with air conditioning and a very good shower. An easy walk into the centre of Venlo. Parking was free and plentiful.

Excellent service from the moment we walked through the door. Four night stay in a river view room. Excellent breakfast great attention to detail. Lovely decor. Very friendly staff nice conversation. Food in main restaurant 10/10 exceptional dining experience!!!! Will definitely be back.
