Todo el personal muy amable. Habitación limpia .Me toco época de calor por lo que el agua de la alberca estuvo a buena temperatura, solo un poco pequeña; pero al final mis niños la disfrutaron. Recepción, botones, camarista y meseros atentos a las solicitudes. Solicite cama extra, es con costo extra, pero muy accesible y la llevaron en seguida. Incluyo buffete para dos adultos y un menor de 12 años, este último con un costo extra también con acceso al buffette. Quizá variar las opciones de alimentos

The fan swing didn't work and all the air falls directly into the bed, one of my children got sick from that. Above the bed is the smoke detector that blinks all night and prevents deep sleep.

All good, we only had problems with the hot water in the shower, it takes too long to come out and comes out cool/warm. A little maintenance on the hotel wouldn't hurt at all. But it was a good place to stay.

Old hotel, poor water pressure and barely warm water. Big spacious rooms but coffee maker and cheap coffee but no cream or sugar. Some staff more pleasant than others. Breakfast is decent but small. Missed the mark on towels. 1 bottle of water in room for 2 people...weird not typical HI stuff like that. Very central. Free parking.
