A good option to stay, it is well located, it has free parking, the pool is a good size, the workers are attentive. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant food.

Estaba por trabajo y las facilidades del hotel son muy buenas, las habitaciones estaban muy bien, desayuno buffet excelente.
Si bien las instalaciones están limpias y bien mantenidas, las toallas y ropa blanca estaban muy limpias pero ya muestran tiempo de uso.

Tienen mala organización en eventos (fiesta de año nuevo).
El estractor del baño de la habitación no funcionaba.
En los cuartos hacian la cama, pero no la sacudian ni nada, porque siempre encontrabamos polvo o detalles entre las sabanas.
El servicio de valet parking fue muy tardado (esperamos media hr)

MUCHO CUIDADO ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Tristemente acabamos de ser víctimas de robo en sus instalaciones y la respuesta y actitud de su personal tan tranquilo como si fuera algo normal. El día de hoy tomaron de nuestro auto un dron, se pide el apoyo al personal y simplemente se niega. Solo muestran lapsos cortos de las camaras de vídeo, cortando la mayor parte del mismo. Y finalmente dicen que ellos no pueden hacer nada. Desde el principio hubo actitudes muy sospechosas por parte del personal a la entrega del auto. Decepcionante que un hotel de esa cadena actúe de esa manera. Tengan mucho cuidado si se hospedan aquí.
