The receptionist, Concepcion was super rude when I asked for towels and toilet paper she said that I need to go to the reception to get it because the service lady was gone. I went to get the items and the cleaning lady was giving her the items I have requested. Then she said that I needed to leave my idea to get towels. So, I have to use the blankets to dry myself. Also, the sink was stocked, the shower head was rusty and the water did not come out.

Al llegar a la habitación nos encontramos con una cucaracha, éramos tres huéspedes y solo nos dejaban dos toallas, porque así son las órdenes.

Es un hotel bueno para pasar la noche solamente, no esperen buena atención y servicio del personal ya que no son nada atentos ni educados, se escucha mucho ruido entre las habitaciones, toallas rotas jabón, shampoo y papel de mala calidad etcétera
