Había muchos pelos en la cama "limpia", había pelos en el lavabo. Las toallas que proporcionan se supone que son blancas pero están super percudidas.
En general al cuarto le faltaba mantenimiento y limpieza.
A la hora del check out no servia el elevador, tuvimos que bajar las maletas por las escaleras.

Lo más rescatable es la cercanía al aeropuerto. Las instalaciones en decadencia. Habitaciones con cero bloqueo de acustica entre cuartos y el exterior. Baños en condiciones de un hotel de una estrella

En la reseevación dice traslado al aeropuerto gratis y no tienen el servicio, para el colmo por ese fraude no te pagan ellos el traslado al aeropuerto lo tienes que pagar tú mismo

Cuenta con un excelente equipo de trabajo, la hospitalidad es excelente, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y sobre todo muy limpias, la alberca cumple con los estándares propios, el restaurante brinda excelente servicio y buena calidad de alimentos.

Hubo problemas con el agua caliente y las recamaras no estan bien aisladas al igual que las puertas, la mayoria de conversaciones y portazos de los otros huespedes se escucharon… de ahi en fuera buena ubicación conveniente para el aeropuerto
