Very bad service the day we arrived they did not have water then they wanted to charge us for breakfast when it was already included second day again without water ☺️☺️☺️ bad experience

La habitación estaba descuidada. A veces olía mal y la ventana se atoraba para abrir y cerrar. El aire acondicionado no llegaba al baño, entonces olía mal y hacía calor. Le falta mantenimiento pero la atención del personal fue excelente!

Si quieres un hotel con buena ubicación pero con pinta de pensión barata este hotel debe ser tu elección
Su ubicación es muy buena, frente al malecón y el acuario ,sin embargo , la playa de esa zona es demasiado sucia y llena de puestos, aunque estas a un km del puerto y eso facilita mucho el movimiento al centro
Los cuatros estan sucios, sábanas rotas, pisos manchados y la cama MUY dura, el cuarto huele a una mezcla de cigarro y humedad que se percibe en cuanto abres la puerta, cuentan con un elevador para 4 personas y uno para dos que no funcionaba en este momento.
NO TE DEJES ENGAÑAR por el nombre de cadena, no se parece en absoluto a esos estándares de calidad, servicio e higiene.
El personal de recepción está saturado, es una persona para toda la atención a los huéspedes por ello el servicio entre llegar al check in y poder subir al cuarto ¡ nos tomamos más de una hora!

El hotel ya se le nota la edad. Podrían hacer mejoras, desde fuera ya se nota la pintura desgastada y con cuarteaduras, y humedades. La habitación estuvo regular, limpia en cama y baño, pero no tuvimos agua por un dia por precisamente mantenimiento de una tubería. El baño tenía una fuga y siempre teníamos que entrar con zapato para no mojarnos los pies con agua del WC. La alberca podría estar climatizada -el agua está muy fria y no hay regadera ahi. Los camastros viejos oxidados y rotos. Algo descuidado ya. La vista desde la alberca es muy linda eso sí. Pero ya está decayendo el hotel. Ojalá y lo puedan remozar. La ubicación a la playa, y el acuario, la plaza, las palapas de comida excelente.
