Room with balcony facing Lake Maggiore.
Bathroom had a particular "smell", but again, very old buildings, well kept. Could just be the ancient drainage. A/C could be a little more efficient.

Séjour très agréable. Belle ville de Pallanza. Très pratique pour visiter les iles Borromées.Depart du ferry en face.Petit dejeuner copieux et varié.

Overall the hotel was a little worn.
Our room was rather large, but very dark. It only had smaller windows, all facing the neighboring building which was only 2 mtr away, why no light reached the room. The decor was old and “tired” and our room was on top of the kitchen, which clearly could be smelled. And finally the aircon was quite noisy.

Location is great, climate was loud at night. TV remote batteries empty, too late so we did not bother. Rooms are ok in general.

Für uns das schönste 4-Sterne-Hotel in Verbania in optimaler Lage beim Hauptplatz mit Blick auf den See, wenn man ein Zimmer mit Seeblick bucht, was wir empfehlen würden. Die Zimmer sind tadellos sauber, sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und wir hatten glücklicherweise auch noch einen kleinen Balkon, wo man abends noch draußen sitzen und bei einem Gläschen Wein den in die Station Pallanza ein- und ausfahrenden Schiffen, zusehen konnte. Das Frühstück ließ unseres Erachtens keine Wünsche offen und war von bester Qualität. Es gab auch sehr guten Espresso und immer frisches Obst. Das Personal verdient besonderes Lob, da sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Vorteilhaft ist auch die Möglichkeit, das Fahrzeug auf dem hoteleigenen, abgesperrten Parkplatz in der Nähe zu parken, da kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze sehr rar sind.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé au bord du lac majeur. Un parking gratuit est à proximité. La chambre spacieuse, avec une très bonne literie possède une vue sur le lac, superbe. La propreté est irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel est très accueillant.

Note positive: Hotel situato in zona centrale di fronte alla partenza dei battelli,comodo il garage nelle vicinanze, gentilezza di tutto il personale, Note negative: Camere e soprattutto bagni che necessitano di ammodernamento, pulizia da migliorarsi : dopo la prima notte di soggiorno è stato solo rifatto il letto e nulla più, ci è stata servita la colazione su un coprimacchia sporco e girato al contrario Cucina buona , ma non c’è nessun legame con la proposta enologica offerta. Carta dei vini negativa, da rivedere completamente
