We loved absolutely everything about the hotel, which has great location and amenities (spa, massage, jacuzzi - fantastic for apres ski!) and very confortable and newly refurbished roomes (love the Persian rugs!). Loved the Nona restaurant and easy access from hotel's side. Staff is absolutely amazing, they let us use our room even though we arrived a bit earlier than check in time. We have a suggestion regarding check out and breakfast hours, to move it to 12 for check out and 11 for breakfast during weekends, to allow guest to sleep a bit more. We are coming back again!

This is not a 3 * hotel, the way it was sold to us on Bookings.com. There is no reception, no staff present at all times, no lift, no communication whatsoever! The rooms are very outdated and we paid for a room with a spa bath, but were given a room with bunk beds and a shower cabin. The most disgusting thing is the breakfast , which is served in the neighbouring bar (absolutely unacceptable!!!) and consisted of the cheapest rubbish products like ham, eggs, croissants, jam. I have contacted *********** for a partial refund, which was ignored, but if my claim is not satisfied I will complain to Trading Standards in the UK. This is simply not what we paid for, as there is absolutely no way this hotel to be rated as a 3*, simply because they don’t have the facilities required!
