Ich war diesen Februar im Hôtel de la Poste in Verbier. Als ich zum ersten Mal das Hotel betrat, war mein erster Eindruck, dass es alt wirkte und schnell erkennbar war, dass hier schon lange nichts mehr renoviert wurde. Das gleiche empfand ich auch für das Zimmer und den Essbereich. Es schien, als wäre nur das absolute Minimum an Kapital für Renovierungen ausgegeben worden. Wo ich wirklich schockiert war, war das Schwimmbad. Obwohl es beheizt wurde, war es veraltet und verschmutzt. An den Fensterabdichtungen des Badezimmers befand sich Schimmel! Ansonsten fand ich den Service freundlich und das Essen überraschenderweise nicht schlecht. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage mitten im Zentrum und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf Verbier. Ich persönlich würde das Hotel eher für Leute empfehlen, die auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis achten, mehr Zeit ausserhalb des Hotels verbringen möchten und das Hotel nur zum Schlafen und Essen nutzen.

I am completely shocked the worker is threatening us if things don’t go his way I tried to ask him a question on the phone and he just hangs up on me I am paying 500 a night to have the staff to be unpleasant and to threaten me I find this unacceptable I am not like writing a review on every small detail I have never complained I have been here for less then 3 hours and this has all happened I find this unbelievable

This is a hotel where they do what they do well. It’s not a luxury or modern hotel and it hasn’t been fully modernised in some time. BUT, it’s well kept, the staff are great, the food is good for the price of the half board. It would be easy to not understand this Verbier gem. It’s an affordable place, comfortable beds, tidy rooms, plenty of hot water, killer location buy the Medran (with parking!!) and a reasonable breakfast. If you have a bigger south facing room, the rooms are a good size, the smaller rooms are too snug for friends.

Familienfreundliches Hotel mit Wolhlfühlfaktor und Zeitreise in die gute Vergangenheit! Sehr gutes Essen, Top Qualität der Waren. Sehr freundlicher Service! Wer ein modernes Hotel sucht ist hier sicherlich nicht richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder und sind wunschlos glücklich!
