Sensational place. The location is spectacular. The building is charming and well maintained. The rooms are really good. The staff is really great - very helpful with providing suggestions and recommendations of things to do. Great food here too.

Chalet d'Adrien is a nice place to stay in Verbier, Switzerland. The chalet is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The views are lovely. The team was friendly, courteous and welcoming. The amenities are really good.

Wir sind absolut nicht zufrieden mit dem Service vom Chalet d'Adrien. Als Gäste für 8 Tage bei einem Zimmerpreis von CHF 1.700,-/Nacht haben wir absolut einen anderen Standard erwartet. Im Hoteleigenen Restaurant (2 zur Auswahl) konnten wir abends nicht essen, da ausgebucht. Der Concierge konnte uns auch nicht in andere von uns präferierte Restaurants unterbringen. Beim Zimmerservice wurden uns an mehreren Tagen keine Tassen für die Tee oder Kaffeemaschine gebracht. Die Nespressokapseln waren auf 1 Stück pro Person abgezählt so dass wir uns im Ort eigene gekauft haben. Die Minibar wurde 3 Tage nicht aufgefüllt. Im Spa Bereich wurden meiner Frau im abgedunkelten Kellerraum höchst unprofessionell die Nägel gemacht. In dieser Preisklasse sind wir anderen Service am Gast gewohnt. Das einzige was gut funktioniert hat sind die Shuttle-Fahrten zum Skilift

Vriendelijk personeel, goed geoutilleerde kamers, uitstekende locatie en ligging en een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel en ook Verbier heeft veel te bieden en komen hier zeker terug

Chalet très cosy style montagne, avec une superbe vue, chambres extrêmement agréables, surtout celles avec balcon, piscine et jacuzzi très chouettes et bienvenus après une balade sportive, personnel très accueillant, restaurants à ne pas manquer!

The hotel was lovely, the service made it very easy to get a ski pass and the daily shuttle to the lifts and at night was always prompt and quick. My room was always cleaned perfectly on time, along with the turn down service every evening.

We are a family group of seven and our ages range from 5years to 75 years. There is something to please everyone, - swimming pool, hot tub, sauna,. Table tennis, table football and air hockey machine for the kids. Lounge and bar with magnificent views for the adults. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everyone is so friendly and we have kept the reception staff busy with our requests - sorry guys 🤣 The hotel shuttle bus is always on hand to drive us into town or to the gondola stations.
