Hotel Vernagt

A beautiful hotel with a unique location on the lake, lovely rooms, and excellent food. The family is very friendly and fulfills every wish. We felt very comfortable.

A big thank you to all the staff, who were truly kind and attentive. Upon our arrival, having requested two separate beds, we were offered an extra room at no extra charge—a gesture we greatly appreciated. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, albeit a bit dated. Unfortunately, during our stay, the heating was only turned on for a few hours in the late afternoon and only on a few days, with very low temperatures: with around 7 degrees outside, the rooms were cold and quite damp. We were provided with a small heater, an appreciated gesture, but it's not the same as returning to a warm and pleasant environment. The wellness area is pleasant: a small but warm sauna, a somewhat shallow Turkish bath, and an average pool. The food was very good, with a truly excellent breakfast! The portions of the first course at dinner, however, were small for those returning hungry from a hike. One detail that seems to have become commonplace these days, but which I still find unfair, is the charge for tap water in the restaurant. It would be nice if it were offered as a welcome gesture. The beds weren't particularly comfortable, and the mattresses were a bit soft. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs, but certainly enhanced by the kindness of the staff.

Non è un 4 stelle ma un hotel da rinnovare. La posizione è molto bella ma la nostra stanza non era all'altezza del prezzo pagato. La zona relax bellissima forse 20 anni fa sarebbe da ristrutturare. Ristorante gourmet

Sto attualmente soggiornando in questo hotel e non posso che esprimere la mia piena soddisfazione. Fin dal primo momento ho trovato un'accoglienza calorosa e un personale estremamente disponibile, sempre pronto a venire incontro a ogni esigenza con gentilezza e professionalità. La struttura è impeccabilmente pulita, sia nelle aree comuni che nelle camere, il che contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante. Un'altra nota di merito va senza dubbio alla cucina: il cibo è ottimo, preparato con ingredienti di qualità e con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Consigliatissimo!

Es war ein Kurztrip zum Wandern. Leider müssen wir den schlecht bewerteten Rezessionen Recht geben. Wir wurden in einem Zimmer Richtung Bergblick untergebracht. Es war wie in einer Jugendherberge, sehr dunkel und abgewohnt. Die Kopfkissen waren eine Katastrophe. Die sanitäre Einrichtung war gerade so funktionell. So kann man sich keines Falls erholen. Das Hotel ist in einem für 4 Sterne desolatem Zustand. Wir haben es einer Mitarbeiterin (vielleicht auch Inhaberin) gesagt. Es tat ihr auch leid. Man würde step by step renovieren. Schade nur, daß dies nicht zu sehen ist. Es wurde ja schon vor vielen Jahren in den Rezessionen bemängelt (seit 2013). Natürlich gibt es auch gutes zu berichten, das ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die gute Küche. Jedoch Minuspunkt bei den Weinpreisen. 1Flasche über 30,00 €. :-( . Warum gibt es keinen offenen Hauswein. Dies ist in Südtirol sonst normal. Wir können nur empfehlen, warten mit Buchung bis das Hotel renoviert ist. Da es sich an einem wunderschönen Fleckchen Erde befindet.

Hotel all'altezza delle sue quattro stelle. Ottima posizione sul Lago di Vernago, la camera con vista lago è fantastica. Pulito, proprietari e personale attento, cordiale e premuroso. Ottima la cucina, ottima anche la colazione. A disposizione anche un'area benessere abbastanza grande, con sauna finlandese, bagno turco e piscina.

Allora iniziamo dalle cose buone. Personale attento e gentile, seppur a volte peccano non attendendo la fine della consumazione di un piatto da parte del cliente e già ti portano il successivo. Così si fredda. Come dire muoviti che è tardi! Cucina comunque valida con delle discrete proposte, buone e ben presentate. Anche in reception molto gentili e disponibili. Le cose meno buone iniziano purtroppo da una molto carente proposta di prodotti sia al buffet della sera che fra l’altro, man mano si esce dal week end, tende a ridursi sempre più e per chi sta soggiornando, è veramente molto deprimente. Proposta da hotel economico max 3 stelle. Il prezzo della camera è costante ed i servizi e le offerte dovrebbero esser mantenuti inalterati. Alla colazione idem. Prodotti molto scarsi come varietà in generale specialmente per i prezzi di un quattro stelle. Inoltre, spesso alla reception si trova bello in vista, apposito cartello provvisorio, ove si informa che non è occupata e si informa quindi di rivolgersi al bar. Usano anche Personale che non comprende la lingua italiana, quindi difficile spiegare le esigenze. Disservizi non in linea con un 4 stelle. In suite pagata profumatamente occupata nel periodo, si trovano pecche abbastanza importanti: la prima, il bagno con wc è separato in altra stanza piccolissima e stretta che se non si chiude la porta non ci si siede nemmeno, ma il bidet è comunque nell’altra stanza dove si trova tutto il resto. Distanza di circa 5 metri per farsi un sano bidet dopo evacuata, dovendosi spostare di stanza con i pantaloni in mano. Secondo, nappa per doccia solo ad altezza si e no 1 metro da terra e senza possibilità di poterlo appendere ad altezza consona per fare una sana doccia a mano libere. Manopola dura in modo critico al punto che se ti ritrovi a doverla aprire con mani insaponate per sciacquarti, resti insaponato. Ed io sono un uomo di 100 kg. Eravamo purtroppo costretti a lasciare correre l’acqua per tutto il tempo doccia. Hotel piuttosto vecchio, con ad esempio ascensore piccolissimo ridotto ai minimi termini, di quelli che si trovavano negli anni 70, Problematico portare valige al piano. Un hotel di classe medio bassa a prezzi da 4 stelle. Possono farlo solo perché l’offerta hotel con cucina in questa zona, è molto scarsa. Tutto sommato, nonostante i proprietari siano stati gentili, siamo comunque rimasti insoddisfatti e non penso torneremo. Finché la zona resterà così, senza strutture ricettive da concorrenza, l’hotel può permettersi anche questi disservizi, la clientela ci sarà sempre.

Das Hotel war ok. Ein kleiner Sanierungsstau ist bemerkbar-überfällig . Das Restaurant haut allerdings einiges raus. Der Geschmack und vor Allem die Anrichtung der Speisen war richtig toll. Frühstück ebenfalls klasse. Freundlichkeit und Service absolut erstklassig.

Es ist ein familiäres geführtes Hotel, sehr liebevoll. Das Essen ist fabelhaft und ganz toll kreiert. Toller netter Service. Die Zimmer zum See sind heller und angenehmer, zur anderen Seite, sie sind direkt am Hang und dadurch dunkler. 10 Min. bis zur Talstation wenn man skifahren möchte mit dem Auto.
