臨時打算在日內瓦多呆一天，原本的酒店價格暴漲到2k+，於是選了這家店。交通還算方便吧，需要步行去開往火車站的公交車。房間也大 設施佈局和novo傳統一樣無差異。幾個工作人員都蠻好除了一位女性前台。。大概就是有點看不起中國人吧，態度蠻d i a o😕不過無所謂 。我們小孩有點發熱，想多休息一會再離開。問了前台兩位小姑娘，免費延遲退房到2pm，謝謝。如果相比較日內瓦酒店 個人還是推薦另一家蘇黎世路上的 設施也好 交通方便還能沒事走到日內瓦湖喂鳥

服務員態度很差，很傲慢。注意一樓吃早餐的擺餐枱容易撞頭。我頭撞了出血了，服務員完全不管，還説這個跟我沒關係，“你是第一個投訴的”。健身房很小，器材很少。家庭房加床質量不好，偏小。
