My husband and I traveled to Puglia in September 2024. Our trip began with two nights in Matera then on to the coast where we stayed at the Posia Retreat and Spa. We booked a Deluxe Room based on the sites’s inviting and simple photo . Unfortunately the room in reality was far less desirable with an industrial mostly concrete view. We upgraded at an additional $100 per night to a sea view room which was lovely. Important to note is that while the Posia boasts in its brochure of an outdoor heated infinity pool it is false advertising . In warm weather this is likely not an issue but in cooler weather in order to have access to its only on site heated pool , which is located in its spa , you have to pay an additional cost of $90 per person per day for that access. A room charge already at $500 a night with such an additional cost feels like “ nickel and diming” and is unbecoming of a property that would like to be viewed with elegance. Included breakfast was generous and staff was helpful.

We booked to stay at Posia since we were looking for a sea view and beach access. We paid extra for a sea view, which was partially blocked by the roof of the reception below. When we checked in, we discovered that there are extra charges for beach access. The beach is in fact 400 metres away from the hotel and either a walk along the road .or a wait for the shuttle The two pools are small, the rooftop pool is so small that you have to book space in advance. The staff were unfriendly and gave us such a bad feeling that we felt we could not have a relaxing vacation at Posia. We therefore checked out after one night. Not surprisingly based on the attitude of the staff, they refused to give us a refund. We were nonetheless happy to leave. I was only sorry that I had not read previous reviews of the place, and then would have been warned.

Vista mozzafiato dalla piscina a cui si accede con prenotazione, ottima e assortita colazione, staf gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, percorso spa bellissimo, ristorante con pietanze ottime, camera pulissima e dotata di ogni confort…in poche parole perfetto!

È stata una bellissima esperienza. Il Posia è sinonimo di vera professionalità. All'arrivo ti senti subito avvolto da un abbraccio di coccole ed attenzioni. Ogni richiesta è presa tempestivamente in carico e soddisfatta. Pulizia eccellente delle camere e di tutti gli ambienti. Sala colazione con buffet e menù con proposte di piatti preparati al momento, gustosi e di alta qualità. Personale amorevole! La Sig.ra Giusy, responsabile di sala, persona professionale come poche e dolcissima. Il Sig. Domenico, attento e simpaticissimo. La colazione diventa un momento magico grazie a tutto ciò! Ho pernottato in una Deluxe vista mare con terrazzo arredato, davvero rigenerante per la vista e l'anima. Il lido associato al Posia è il Mora Mora Beach. Una spiaggia attrezzata con un ristorante vista mare e piatti di altissima qualità e gustosissimi. Anche qui il personale è squisito! Complimenti a tutto il team ed in particolare ad Angelo, responsabile di sala, allegro e professionale! Grazie di cuore a tutti! Consigliatissimo.

Location esclusiva ed elegante con gusto moderno, personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Da segnalare: SPA, Infinity Pool al terzo piano ed un ristorante che non ha nulla da invidiare ad uno stellato. Il servizio di navetta per la spiaggia sempre disponibile

Al Posia verrai trattato come un re/regina e ti sentirai come a casa. Tutto il personale è preparato, attento ai dettagli e anche molto amichevole. Il ristorante all’interno dell’hotel offre cibo di qualità e ampia scelta. La piscina sul tetto con vista sul mare è incredibile: sembra di fluttuare sopra l’oceano. La SPA, invece, ti farà sentire rilassare e staccare la spina. Il Mora Mora Beach, il lido che è associato all’hotel, e che è raggiungibile tramite la loro navetta, è una spiaggia con un mare cristallino che mostra tutta la bellezza del Salento. L’unica nota negativa, è che il parcheggio non è incluso nel prezzo e ha un costo giornaliero.

Siamo stati in questo resort io e mia moglie per una notte siamo stati benissimo camere ben tenute e letti comodissimi , lo staff tutto della struttura persone cordiali e gentili e molto professionali , un plauso particolare alla spa bellissima , anna e annalisa due professioniste molto preparate e deliziose ci hanno fatto sentire in paradiso. Il ristorante all’ altezza delle stelle che il boutique hotel espone .

Il personale , soprattutto della reception, e' estremamente competente e gentile . La Brand Ambassador alla reception una ragazza preparatissima e gentile ma soprattutto appassionata del suo Salento ci ha fatto apprezzare altri luoghi e consigliato ristoranti strepitosi . le camere pulitissime anche se i cuscini non sono il top e la TV incastonata nello specchio necessita del dolbi esterno che non e' immediatamente funzionante e i canali non sono tutti la spiaggia Mora Mora e' strepitosa e ben servita da una navetta elettrica dall Hotel Peccato l Hotel sia dislocato in un paesino poco attraente Unica pecca: non ci s i aspetta in un 5 stelle di dover pagare 25 euro al giorno per il servizio Garage
