This property was quit descent for the purposed I booked it but i wouldn't say that it an ideal vacation spot.

The rooms were very very clean and really nice! Very quiet and the front desk guy was very nice and accommodating definitely recommend this place to any one looking to stay in Vernon Texas! Thank you budget host inn

The bathroom had dead deer flies smashed against the walls, the floor was filthy and had urine on the base of the toilet. The floors in the room were dirty and the desk had dried food on it. I also have a Military Service K9 that I provided ID on and I was charged 40.00 for him! I won’t be back there …

Everything was great. If you like a hard firm bed this is the place for you but if you have back projects you will want to find a different place to sleep. The checkin and people were amazing. The rooms were just renovated and we're nice and clean.

Ok for the price. We only picked this hotel due to literally only needing to sleep over night (checked in at 9pm and left at 8am). Man that checked us in thru walk-up window, didn't even say hello, but wasn't outwardly rude. It was comfortable, but AC was loud. There were 2 dead crickets under the desk (I know crickets get in wherever they want, but still). Still decent for what we needed.

Absolute dingiest, dirtiest, most bug infested hotel I’ve been in. Had to repair the handle for the less hot water myself. The fridge and icebox kept my frozens lukewarm and my refrigerables room temp. There wasnt even a TP roll holder.
The mildew smell from the AC is overwhelming.
Pretty sure the staff moved my stuff around.
