Maintenance man did an elevator test while i was in the elevator. Power went out. Alarms went off, and he thought it was funny!summited a complaint to the hotel and never heard anything back. This hotel is not safe!! Water is either freezing cold or boiling hot . I would go anywhere but here!!

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, quiet and comfortable. There is a shopping mall just 5 minutes' drive away. There is a lot of food, and you don't have to worry about shopping in supermarkets. The hotel is well set up and the bed is comfortable.

Well let me start with the positives, the room is very large and the bed is comfortable, now the negatives the room isn’t very clean, looks like mold in bathroom, water was cold, and toilet would not stop running had to keep door shut. I brought down a sports team and the coaches also said the same thing with their rooms.. this hotel reminded me of a old rundown super 8

Terrible property. Dirty, no hot water, pool closed, no service, no food, front desk service non existent. Rip off. Find another property to stay at.

There was no hot water for the showers during the 4 days and 3 nights that we stayed. There were a ton bugs in the room by the window. There was no extra bedding for the pull out couch. The pool was under construction and not usable. The sheets and blankets we had to use were worn out and had holes in them. Would not recommend and will not be staying there again in the future.
