Nous avons été TRES surpris d'être débités le 30mars DATE DE LA réservation ! Contrairement à vos concurrents qui débitent au moment du séjour. Nous avons eu de l'hôtel une facture bien inférieure à la somme payée ! Pour nous hôtel.com vous n'êtes pas sérieux !
Sinon obligation d'arriver à 18h car la reception n'est pas ouverte avant. La chambre petite et tapissée de noir donc très sombre.
