Nice accommodations with a full kitchen

Very courteous, profesional and friendly staff on the entire property. Very clean rooms and property kept up with excellent housekeeping. NIce breakfast set up and service provided with Steve and Heather making sure guests are well served. I traveled for work and the great service provided by front desk for easy quick check in and check out is always a plus. Thank you Kaitlyn, Katie, Heather, Steve and Niurca. Congratulations to SpringHill suites for having these people on your team! I’ll continue to use this property for work and pleasure travel and will be back to this location in May once again!

Great place to relax at. I live within the city and I came here just to relax. Nice and clean. Worth your money. Not so expensive. Very satisfied. Highly recommend the stay.

The premises were very clean. Room was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good except for the juice which tasted like concentrate mixed with chemical water.

Great hotel for the night! My wife and I were visiting her family with our newborn, who was on her first big trip. We got in late and Enrique was awesome! Took care of everything we needed and was able to give some food options nearby. Breakfast and morning workers were equally as awesome and we're super understanding with us needing extra things for a newborn. Definitely will be staying there again when we visit the in laws again

I have stayed at this property 10 times since Jan 2023. I was traveling tow work each time. During this work assignment my company booked me at this hotel the most. I did stay at a few other hotels in the area during this time as well. I will say the hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. They did a great job. The property is just off I 95 to the immediate west. Getting to the property you have to drive into the Vero Beach outlet mall driveway and then make a left turn. It shares a road with Cracker Barrel restaurant as well. Very convenient and the closest walkable hotel to the Outlet mall. The hotel is above standards good clean rooms ( I recommend the second or third floor) comfortable beds good room amenities microwave, coffee ,maker , mini fridge. Room was always clean and in working order. Buffet Breakfast at the hotel was excellent - Eggs every day, biscuits and gravy, some kind of breakfast meat ( bacon, sausage) pancakes, sweet rolls, yogurt, fruit, cereal, breads muffins bagels. I would say breakfast here is in the top two for the hotels off I 95 in Vero Beach. Hotel also has a pool and exercise room. I really felt very comfortable during my many nights here. I possibly may need to lodge in Vero again in tue coming months again on occasion and I would for sure return here. Firstly SUPER CLEAN! Inside AND Outside. CLEEEAN! Usually I hate hotels with carpet, but it was so clean I genuinely felt comfortable taking my socks off!!! And after one full night of walking basically barefoot through the room the bottom of my feet were clean!!!!! And the beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!!! I really only have two negative things to say which I will stay below. The Front Desk lady at first Kind of acted as if I was slightly bothersome, Which rubbed Me the wrong way at first especially after she informed me that there was a $50 deposit which was not told to me earlier over the phone or before purchasing a room or after. And at first she was uncaring. But they were busy, I have a job as well and sometimes I can be slightly shorter with some customers, it's never anything personal, we're human, but at the end of it she actually made an exception to the deposit because I was not informed. Which totally made up what I felt at first. She actually turned out to be very kind and caring. so this negative one actually wasn't that negative.. lol Now .. the breakfast 😂. PITIFUL!!! It's not nasty. Or gross.. it's just, bleh.. beagles. Bread. Maybe ONE hot dish if your lucky. Only decent thing is One Waffles maker for a HUGE hotel. Which most hotels That serve breakfast. So again it's not bad, just nothing special.. one could even say subpar, I mean the Comfort suites which is right across the street which is much cheaper has two times better breakfast.. but nothing compares to the Home2 rooms. The rooms make up for the lousy breakfast. The bathrooms!! Have FULL bottles of really good conditioner, shampoo on my antibody wash as well as hand soap and lotion. The Smart Tvs are AWESOME! Incredibly high definition and pretty big!! And the walls are pretty thick and soundproof, you might hear a door open or close next to you once in awhile but you don't really hear people talking or any noises from your neighbor other than the occasional door shutting or opening. And I just have to speak on the breakfast part one more time, their breakfast bar the way it's set up you would think it was going to be so extravagant. When it's worse than. Comfort suites and comfort suites set. Is ... Let's just say not humbled, lol. It definitely less extravagant come up with the breakfast is decent, I have at least two to three hot items. Fix your breakfast and I'll give you five stars all day on everything!!! Oh yeah they also have a gym, as well as fire pits outside which is pretty cool!! And my room, which was the king sweet came with a full size couch, ottoman and what looks like a half kitchen basically with a dishwasher and full sink and even dishes!!
