We had a wonderful experience at Palazzo Ciopeta in the stylish -and super clean- Terra di Verona suite. Alessia is a fantastic host, providing a high level of professionalism, warmth, and practicality. The pre-arrival information and videos she gives are very helpful in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. It's great that she shares her local knowledge and recommendations for shops, bars, restaurants, and cultural places in Verona, adding a personal touch to the experience. We had a very enjoyable experience and will go back when visiting Verona again!

Fabulous property, newly and beautifully refurbished with everything you could need, and just a minute’s walk from the Arena, and yet very quiet. Very comfortable with 2 separate double rooms, 2 big shower rooms, great staff who were very responsive and helpful. Drinks topped up daily. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The most beautiful hotel situated right in the centre of Verona! They have paid attention to the smallest of details and even though I am a really hard to please with hotel cleanliness, the place was spotlessly clean. The rates were really good considering the speck of the rooms! The mini bar drinks were a generous touch. Alessia, on reception was helpful from the minute we booked, communication clear and quick. She was an absolute delight in person and went way above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. We had the most wonderful time in Verona but we all agreed that Alessia and the hotel were the absolute cherry on the cake!!

The room was spacious and laid out incredibly well. It was quiet, and I am so grateful that in the middle of Verona, I could find a quiet space. The bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean. It was a wonderful stay, and I would always recommend this hotel and experience for anyone going to Verona.

Absolutely stunning hotel. The photos don't do it justice. One of the most amazing places I've stayed. Calming and natural decor - and fully sustainable. Attention to detail was second to none and the bed was super comfortable. Brilliant location, a stones throw from the Arena. Highly recommend. My favourite spot in Verona - you won't be disappointed.

Posizione ottima, dietro l'Arena. Stanze eleganti e spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort. Ambiente lussuoso. Opere d arte, divani e lampade di design. Bagni spaziosi e raffinati con mosaici. Doccia grande e accappatoio morbidissimo. Pulizia e accoglienza al top.

Vanaf ontvangst tot de nachtrust een geweldige ervaring. Prachtig ingericht met de volledige service die je wilt. De bedden zijn erg goed, pal in het centrum maar in een zeer geluidsrustige omgeving. De terrassen en restaurants zitten om de hoek
