Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace Reviews

First of all, I stayed for three days and two nights. The hotel is near the Palace of Versailles, about 20 minutes away. The appearance, decoration, and facilities of the hotel are comparable to those of the Waldorf Astoria. Since it rained heavily during my check-in, the staff Very attentive, but we went to the underground tunnel to pass the room to avoid making guests wet in the open air The room facilities are excellent, the double bed is extremely wide and comfortable, and the bedding products are of the same level as Peninsula, Four Seasons and other brands. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. It is located in the state park within the Palace of Versailles. When you wake up in the morning, you can hear the symphony of nature. The decoration of the hotel is first-class. The food in the breakfast restaurant is excellent. The environment is beautiful. Looking at the prairie, you can see horses and locals running in the nearby park in the distance. The scenery nearby is beautiful. Next to the isolation, you can walk to the back garden of the Palace of Versailles (about 20 minutes away) The public security nearby is good, and you don’t feel dangerous when going out at night. Everyone in the town is safe, and you can also rely on Google Maps to find food. I like this hotel very much and hope to stay there again next time I go to France

The room is large, the bathroom is also large, and it is next to the Versailles Garden. There is a spa in the hotel, which is very suitable for rest and vacation.

The hotel is right next to the Palace of Versailles and the rooms overlook the Versailles racecourse and gardens. The room facilities are complete, and the suite is very large, suitable for those with two babies. The drinks and macarons that come with the room are very good in taste and quality. The only downside is the service at the swimming pool, which is not very friendly to children. The water in the shower that was required to take a shower in advance was not hot for a long time, which caused the older children to catch a cold.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is clean, and the location is good. You can walk to the Palace of Versailles. The breakfast is rich. If you arrange a visit to the Palace of Versailles, you can stay here for two days~

Came to see Versailles Palace, etc. Lovely town and the Hotel was very convenient. Food and accommodations were excellent. Service was also excellent. The history of the place added to its charm.

Great proximity to Versailles. Nice grounds to walk and visit. The main building accommodations appear in better condition than the conference side, but still nice.

I would come back to stay here in the future room which consisted of two rooms together however, it was on the top floor with small windows. If I knew that in advance, I probably wouldn’t have stayed here and book 2 joining rooms on the lower floor that are getting more sunlight. Everyone were very nice location is great

Insects in the room. Humid with terrible temperature control. Place is very very run down and in need of investment. TV and phone didn’t work properly. Room was loud despite asking for a quiet room with banging in service areas until midnight. Poor pillows. Carpet has seen better days. No service at bar in evening and very few staff around.

What an amazing ad perfect place for our visit to Versailles. We were very comfortable in our beautiful room and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, palace and grounds.

The spa needs updating, the shower in the spa was old and did not convey a 5 star experience. The sauna was not working.

Perfect location explore Palace and Trianon. The main building is wonderful.

The leisure facilities are outdated, not very clean and overall more like what you’d get in an old council run leisure centre. Very strange to see in such an amazing hotel. The room was lovely But at dinner we found a large insect in the food (which in fairness when they saw they didn’t charge us for that meal) Expected better

BE CAREFUL with this hotel. It was biggest trap of a whole life of staying in hotel. Evrywhere there is photo of a beautiful palace and i have paid expensive price by thinking will be sleeping in palace but infact they take you to sleep in what i guess used to be the servant building and they tell we mentioned annexe building. Which is the feeling of biggest trap of life. On top i had a cockroach on the checking counter if i can upload the photo.
