Close to Versailles Palace, very friendly staff and cosy environment. Good value for great experience.

I liked the location of the hotel, close to restaurants and shops. The hotel is clean with not very big size rooms.The hospitality of staff are awesome. They treat us so well. I had a good time here at this hotel.

Great hotel if you want to stay near chateau versailles. It was a 5min walk to get to the palace. We checked in after 12am and the hotel staff was very good to accommodate us. Upon arrive the staff gave us relevant information, helped us with bags up the stairs as there is no lift. He also gave us a cake which my daughter absolutely loved. There was a fan in the room which was good considering there was a heatwave. The have lemon water and passtieries available for free at reception which was a nice touch for myself and kids ro enjoy after a hot day of being outside. We also brought bottles of water which were €2.50. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We had a double bed which for me and my 2 children in. There was also a sofa bed made up which my eldest child used. Even though we only stayed in the room to sleep for around 6 hours it was a comfortable stay. We did not have breakfast.

Nice small hotel. Very close to the main tours places. A lot of restaurants close by and the train station are with walking distance.

Hotel location could not have been better. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was comfortable only gripe bathroom very small and would have liked tea and coffee making facilities. There is no parking at hotel so had to park at Cathedral car park next to château which proved exorbitant for the four days we were there. But on the whole would recommend this hotel for its location and proximity to the château.

The staff was very kind and the rooms were clean. They let me leave my luggage after I checked out, so I could go sightseeing. The only thing I was disappointed about was that I couldn't lock the door to my room smoothly.

Very convenient to the Palace of Versailles.

The welcome and service is top notch. The hotel is really well located. I recommend it for a short stay. The room is not super big but it is practical if you have a lot of activities to do during the day and are only staying the night.

The hotel receptionist was very funny and the breakfast was delicious. It was a very nice stay. I recommend this hotel.

this is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed at in Europe. My son and I have been traveling for over 2 months. We have stayed at dozens of properties. This hotel was so welcoming and convenient. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us get information regarding tickets for the Palace of Versailles. She offered to Google our walk back to The train station after our stay. Their breakfast is excellent. They bring your drinks to the table and you go up to a buffet for breakfast. It has all the usual offerings but of better quality. Instead of shoeing flies away from a 2 gallon container of yogurt, picking up a handle that dozens of other travelers have used before you, and flopping it into a bowl that's been sitting face up for who knows how long. You go to a tray with generous pots of yogurt covered by cling wrap. Instead of a gallon can of fruit cocktail, they serve fresh cut fruit in individual containers as well. Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. If you're looking for a Fancy place where the furniture is completely up-to-date and matching then this is not the place for you. If you want something that feels like your own bedroom with plenty of places to store your stuff then hotel D"Angleterre will be just right for you. The bathroom was also spacious with a lovely double window that could be open for ventilation. They also had a bathtub. That's not something often seen at this price point. We loved everything about this hotel.
