Comfortable stay near Versailles
The room is a bit tiny but it’s clean and tidy. The front desk is super friendly and helpful as well:) Would recommend to stay here.

The breakfast is quite good, the location is good, not far from the Palace of Versailles, there are markets around, it is very lively. The room is small. The overall service is good.

The location is easy to find. There is a small garden nearby. It is a public service center with very friendly service staff. The boss is Chinese.

Des Lys was a very nice and pleasant stay. Within walking distance of the Palace and many cafes and restaurants. Very quiet and clean. We had an issue regarding room size and that was addressed. Versailles is a great and safe place to visit and Hotel Des Lys is a good place to stay. Recommend getting a large room as the small rooms are more difficult to traverse. If you need a cab, talk to the very helpful dark haired French gentleman who scheduled two days ahead of time a cab that promptly got us to the airport. When we initially arrived we asked for a cab to be scheduled and the clueless young girl at the front desk told us we had to get our own cab.

Voor een bezoek aan Versailles is dit een goed hotel; je zit vlakbij het Chateau de Versailles (10 minuten lopen) en om de hoek vindt je de gezellige Marché Notre Dame met al haar restaurants, bakkerijen en terassen. Het hotel is keurig netjes. De kamers zijn schoon en voorzien van goede bedden. Het ontbijt buffet is zeer uitgebreid. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De privé parkeerplaats is erg krap als je een wat grotere auto hebt maar betaald parkeren kan ook in de straat of de ondergrondse parking om de hoek onder de Marché Notre Dame. Dit hotel is een aanrader!
