Comfortable stay near Versailles
The room is a bit tiny but it’s clean and tidy. The front desk is super friendly and helpful as well:) Would recommend to stay here.

The breakfast is quite good, the location is good, not far from the Palace of Versailles, there are markets around, it is very lively. The room is small. The overall service is good.

Very central. Very clean. Good towels. Very slippery floor in the shower. Secure parking at reasonable price per night. 24 hr concierge. Good lift to upper floors

In dit hotel heb je alles wat je nodig hebt: in de badkamer zijn haakjes voor de handdoeken, voldoende plaats voor twee toilettassen, stopcontacten bij het bed om je telefoon te kunnen opladen, goed bed, prima ontbijt met verse jus d’orange.

Prix exorbitant pour la prestation : Bruit de fluide : ventilation, climatisation/chauffage (présence d’air dans le circuit), descente des chasses d’eau des étages supérieurs). A ce prix là, on ne devrait pas avoir besoin de s’acheter des boules quies. Petite chambre, lit une place. Même pas une armoire pour ranger ses affaires, juste un petit portique pour pendre son manteau. Une chaise est placée dans la chambre, mais elle suffit pour bloquer tout le passage. La douche fuit, et le robinet thermostatique n’est pas sécurisé (très très chaud) Le distributeur de savon n’est pas fixé au mur, mais posé à même le sol dans la douche. Après signalement à l’accueil, il ne s’est rien passé. Ça a été à moi de réparer la douche (démonter le flexible, bien positionner le joint, et bien resserrer). J’ai payé 175 € ou 195€ (fonction du jour) pour une chambre double ou twin (seules disponibles lors de la réservation), et ils m’ont donné la chambre simple à 135€. Ils n’ont pas voulu entendre et rembourser la différence. Petite information, on paie d'avance. Et petite surprise à 6h30 le matin. Alarme incendie à cause d’un fumeur dans une chambre. Ils ont été capable de dire aux clients dans la salle du petit déjeuner de rester tranquillement à leur place et de continuer de prendre leur repas, mais pas de monter dans les étages pour le dire. Tout le monde en bas, les enfants encore en pyjama. Si on vous propose la chambre 109, fuyez si vous payez plus de 135 €. Pour information, j'ai contacté la direction de l’hôtel avant de placer cet avis, pour qu'ils aient la possibilité de répondre. A ce jour (+ de 2 semaines), pas de réponse.
